Staff very indifferent when it comes to helping get money back into your account. My son just had the same experience. His auto insurance inadvertently double charged him for the month of December. He went in last week to dispute the double charge because his insurance told him there was nothing they could do with their end to g yeto to his bank. He went into the bank here in Cleveland Georgia. The gentleman who he approached stated that he would investigate it and to come back the day after Christmas and if the money wasn't back in his account on the 26th as of 8:00 a.m. he would make sure that he would get that money back into his account. My son went into the bank this morning and the gentleman who said he would help my son with scheduled off today. The branch manager was of no help as she basically said there's nothing I can do for you. Basically turned him away cold. My son is overdrawn in his account because of the mistake of the charge that went out through the insurance and despite the fact that the insurance company sent him back to his bank to take care of this the bank who should be the safety net here was very indifferent and decided that they weren't going to help him today. Meanwhile he has other bills that need to come out and do two the screw up on one side with the insurance and the indifference of this staff from regions Bank Cleveland he is still overdrawn and his accountant his other bills can't be paid on time. Do not bank with regions! The screw up they made on my end that they didn't take care of properly recently was I scheduled my rent to come out and be paid on the first of December. They charged me $14.95 for delivery fee because they needed the rent check on the first and for some reason it never got transferred. To make a long story short two weeks later to check never arrived but I was charged 14.95. I had to make several phone calls in order to get this process fixed. They can take the money out of your account to penalize you for needing a check overnight but they can forget to issue the check that you needed to pay your rent. This is the second time this has happened with my rent check.

I always try to drop my deposits off inside because the staff is very warm and friendly. This is my new local bank as the one closest to me moved locations. I have found my experience when I have to go in a pleasant one even though it’s just errands. Matthew Gregg is definetly a name that stands on their staff they’re all great, but he is one of the most charismatic people I’ve met.

I watch my account like a hawk!! Why do the charges disappear and then show up a few days later?!? This has happened to me 3 times now and the first 2 times. aused me to overdraft... its like theyre doing it on purpose. Been with regions for at least 8 years and neverhad this problem before.

I see many people have issues with this branch and how the management operates this location. We ALL need to write a hand written letter expressing our dissatisfaction to the board of directors at the corporate office. Here is how.. contact the Board or any Board member, please write to the Corporate Secretary. The mailing envelope should contain a clear notation indicating that the enclosed letter is a "Board Communication" or "Director Communication." The only ATM drive through at this location is hardly EVER in working operation. I would imagine since they know the next closest atm is a 30 min drive away they would have a non working atm fixed within 24 hours, no exceptions. Been down for a week straight now and cost me 3 drives to the next town over in one week. Major incompetence on the management’s part. Management positions should be replaced, a 2nd atm should be added at the location, and this location’s online google rating should be much higher given this branch is the biggest and nicest bank in the entire town. CORPORATE ARE YOU JUST AS INCOMPETENT??

PPP loans not available. Takes them 5 days to enter in computer systems. Bull! Don’t even care about their customers . Use a bank that cares!

Writing my review as I continue to wait in the drive thru line. Probably at 15 minutes now and still no representative at the drive thru line. Only 2 cars have left as all the others wait. Used to be my favorite place to bank but I guess I will move everything to United as of today. SHAME ON YOU REGIONS

Incompetent people working here. Came to add funds to my Dads account and it was posted to the wrong account causing him to have an overdraft! And of course when you call it’s all virtual— WHAT happen to real people and local phone numbers for local banks???
