Been here 3 times , each time ,l very slow ! Told meds would be ready in 30 or 45 minutes after they had gotten the order 1 hour before! That was 2 hours ago, still not ready , they are going to lunch! Once before waited 2 hours for a medication only to be told they didn’t have it! Poor customer service!

This Walgreens had friendly staff who helped me find what I was needing. Drove 10 miles to reach and it was worth the drive.

I was on vacation in Helen Ga when I realized I left some meds and had call the pharmacy for a refill. I asked to be put down as a waiter and rushed the 7 miles to the Cleveland,Ga Walgreens. When I arrived, I went straight to the pharmacy and was greeted by the pharmacist and handed the meds requested.Thank you Walgreens for saving my vacation!

Prescriptions are never ready and the drive-thru line is always backed around the building. I highly recommend Ingles Pharmacy or Cleveland Drug for your prescription needs.

Where in America does anyone close for a lunch break. Us parents take our children to urgent care in the morning on the weekends because they wake up with a 102 fever caused by infection in their body that needs to be treated. By the time we get out of the doctor it's yalls lunch time so our kids don't get their treatment till 24 hours later cause yall are as slow as .....
Get with the rest of Americans in the medical feild who figures out their staffing so they can relieve each other for lunch.

If you are in the unfortunate position where you have to utilize this pharmacy’s services, then I am truly sorry. There will pretty much always be a ridiculous wait AND there will pretty much always be a problem of some kind or another. Be sure to bring a book or something to keep you occupied. If you bring the Bible, you’ll probably get through the entire Old Testament before you get your prescription(s). Also, what pharmacy closes for a lunch break? Ridiculous. The only thing I can say is that they are the only pharmacy around (that I know of) that closes at 9PM, so there’s something they’ve got going for them I guess. Overall it’s pretty much always a frustrating, aggravating experience to have to do business with this pharmacy. Oh and if you’re gonna use the drive-through window to get your prescription(s), be sure to fill your gas tank up beforehand because you’ll be sitting there forever.

Unfortunately I was never called to get my meds. I'm now transferring back to my pharmacy. I called 24 hours after placing the order and the order was not ready. I am thinking they are too busy for the staff they have in place.

If I could give this Walgreens a negative star I would. Never have I seen a Pharmacy completely close for lunch.
