“This location is amazing and truly goes the extra mile for their customers. See below for a situation that happened today. My son went to a new shipping place that opened not far from our home in Cleveland, with a Fedex return. He had a package and an email from Fedex with a QR code. The person told him they could not help him and he needed to go to a Fedex facility that can scan the code. Keep in mind, the closest one that does that is in Buford. My son called me to ask what he should do. I told him to give me five minutes. I called the folks at Shipping Depot and the lady was very kind, as usual. She confirmed that QR codes can only be scanned at Fedex but she went one step further and asked if I had the email with the code? I told her I did have it. She said there is usually a place on the email where the label can be printed. I looked and did not see it. She then asked me to forward it to her so she could look at it. I sent it to her and she showed me where the link to print the label was on the email. I printed the label and just sent my son to shipping depot to drop it off. I know these Fedex prepays are not cash for the business & may seem tedious but this is how customer loyalty is built. There is something to be said for this kind lady who went the extra mile to help my son get his package shipped vs the other place who just sent him away. My $$ will go to Shipping Depot and I hope others will see this and support them as well!”
