CVS in Cochran always keeps me up to date about prescription’s needing refills or refills that are ready. Mike went out of his way to assist me in getting my prescriptions at the best price. The staff are always helpful and PLEASANT.

Very rude. Unprofessional. Had prescription called in at different store but they were having issues, and was able to have medicine transfer to this store. The rep. I spoke to had attitude and was rude.

It's impossible to get a hold of a human on the phone, it'll send you through a 2 hour phone tree that no matter what you answer or say or beg the robot you'll never speak with a real person.

The difference in experience between the pharmacy staff here and the locally owned pharmacies is like comparing a Michelin 5 star restaurant to a McDonald's drive thru. They're so poorly trained in basic customer service it's almost comical. Rude, condescending, and overall just unpleasant.

Definitely the worst cvs ever. The pharmacy dept are extremely rude and unhelpful. Never answer the phone. Never polite.The photo dept is the only reason I ever walk in that store. Front register staff and photo dept are the only good thing about this store. Their selection of everything sucks and is super overpriced. The atmosphere inside the store is depressing and super outdated.

Couldn't give a zero stars went in to purchase empty pills that are available on the website. Pharmacies told me they don't sell them and in her 30 yrs of experience no one needs to by them and she would not sell them. It ok I will see at the Nuremberg trials.

Absolutely terrible store to do business in. You go to check out and you wander the store looking for anyone that works there. Never answers the phone, nobody knows where anything is, and everything is over priced. You can forget using the pharmacy because you'll spend over an hour waiting on one car to move. Don't recommend getting any shots here either because they won't be properly stored and you'll get more sick from the shot than the sickness you were trying to avoid.
