I check in here at 11:30am, i had to call them, 10th time and they finally answer the call for check in. They call me around 2pm for dock. I back into dock and disconnect the truck and trailer. I’m waiting in the parking lot for more than 5 hours. Still haven’t get there call. Like seriously how, can’t even imagine, how a company would take more than 10 hours for loading. That’s like freaking all one day shift. They need to change their worker or I can see this company gonna close soon.

People are nice here and the overnight parking is spacious and clean. But time to get loaded is horrible! Don’t plan on getting loaded for hours

Drivers stay away from here. It takes an hour just to check in . That’s if they answer the phone call.

Pretty fast and direct when you get up to the warehouse there’s a number they take forever to answer the phone call but stay consistent. Someone will eventually call give you a door and it should take about an hour 30 minutes at most two hours.

This used to be a quick in and out facility, last time I had to wait an hour for the dock and an hour to get loaded, today, already two and half hours waiting on a door. Don't know what changed but it wasn't a good change.

the lady answers the phone, is so rude and unresponsive. I started calling for checking at 8 am and then she answered at 8:15 after 10 times.
then assigned me a door at 9 finished unloading at 12. they do not deserve even a star.

Will never come back...rude.... supposed to call a number on the gate when you arrive...took an hour and a half of calling to get someone to answer.... haven't been to a place so poorly run...

Need new employees in shipping office. Calling is the only way to check in & the ratchet took 30 minutes to answer the phone & got an attitude when she finally picked up. I don’t know where y’all find them hoodrats.

You can park overnight but truckers beware. Checking in at 630am it is now 12pm and trailer is not even loaded yet What a joke!!!

Bad place, no office just has to call. No-one picks the damn phone. Waiting time to get a door more than 2 hours.
