The woman that did my hair was friendly. I had shoulder length hair and wanted only about 3 inches cut off. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, which was about 3 inches shorter than my long hair. She did NOT cut my hair according to what I wanted and it is now about 8 inches shorter. She cut it the way she wanted. I paid $40 for shampoo, cut and style. I do not recommend this shop!!
