the old lady cashier is awful, unprofessional and a very unpleasant person.

They are professional and friendly people you will ever meet. I have been so happy we decided to use this Bank when we opened a checking account with such wonderful people and I think I can call them friend

Closes too early, and even though ive had an active account for year I still get charged overdraft fees. Also I signed up for mobile banking and the app hardly works.
