Great for sweet lattes but inconsistent with espresso shot quality.
It is also a nice outdoor venue.

Absolutely outstanding! They took the time to explain the various drinks and options to us despite a growing line. Not only was the service exceptional, the drinks were scrumptious! Definitely give them a try!!!

I love the Mule Barn! It is a wonderful atmosphere from the people to the food to the seating area. I highly recommend the scones and the Dirty Chai.

Always wonderful service here. Coffee is yummy and their scones are the best ever! They are always kind and very accommodating. Lunch has been amazing in the past as well.

Cochran is doing new and big things! This is a super cool, outdoor spot in the middle of downtown. It’s an ideal lunch spot and likely to become the social center for weekend nights in Cochran.

Probably some of the best customer service I've ever received. This place has a variety of Sandwiches and Beverages to choose from but they also advertise new flavors to add to those drinks. I highly recommend the BlackBerry Lemonade and Brisket Cheddar. If you don't believe me try it for yourself.

Great Customer service with a just adorable atmosphere! The sandwich and coffee drink were delicious! The only criticism we had was we wish the sandwich came with something (some nice kettle chips or something would have been wonderful) for the price.
Kid-friendliness: They have lots of little games set up around the dining area like Connect 4, Jenga, Corn-Hole and Horseshoe toss for kids and adults to play while dining or waiting for their food.

The absolute best place to enjoy the little things in life. The coffee is like the service and it’s beyond good! The sweetest people with the best atmosphere. It’s also child approved! There are not many places where you can just take your kids and both genuinely enjoy yourself. However, this is definitely one of those places that you can. Recommend the Mule iced with vanilla and Oatmilk!

The Mule Barn catered a Convention that we had in Cochran this past Saturday. I cannot say enough about the professionalism displayed by Robert and Lorelai. Everyone loved the coffee and lunch! It was refreshing to be able to show off Cochran to 275 visitors from Forsyth to Valdosta. Thank you to all of The Mule Barn Employees....we will not hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone!

The owners were very nice and a pleasure to talk with. We purchased a warm cinnamon roll and a warm breakfast sandwich (Sausage, Bacon, Egg \\u0026 Cheese on white bread) along with a mule (latte) and black coffee. The food was very tasty with a nice and fun outdoor spot to enjoy games and relaxation.
