Everyone at the BP are exceptional- very customer service oriented, friendly n strive to ensure that everyone is satisfied. The manager n owner interact with employees as a team n you wouldn't know that they're not part of the cashier's working as they pitch in and help when necessary. They come across as a family for everyone. This truly is the best convenience shop.

5:30am getting gas to return rental car is was approached from both sides of pump by two men who were asking me to come jump start their buddies car. Car was parked next to gas station in the dark. Both men came up excessively close to me. I played it cool and said I’d pull over there. One tried to get in the rental but I had it locked. I reiterated that it was no problem and I would pull right over. I jumped it car and sped off.

Very nice staff. I got stranded after getting oil and gas. Couldn't move my car from the pumps. When the guy came in, I thought this wasn't going to be good. Because of the questions he was asking. But, to make a long story short. He turned out to be even more helpful. Even found some people to help move my car from the pumps. I had to think about it from a business standpoint. But, he didn't have to go all out his way to help. Him and another young lady went beyond the call of duty. Thank you for all your help and understanding. From what I've seen at this store during my 3-4 hourstay. They are typically nice and pleasant

I hated my first experience here because the guy that works night shift he was very rude and disrespectful when I came in to ask him if he had any small kinds of milk and he was rude because he did not understand English

Had to stop for gas for my rental car on a Sunday night. Pump did not give a receipt so I had to go inside. 2 guys standing in the open doorway asking customers if they wanted to buy Percocets. One stop shopping I guess. Very sketchy. Thought I might end up on CSI Atlanta.

I've only had one visit and on this day I went inside to pay for gas. The rep was not paying attention and I had to repeat at myself on my request for gas. This point in time it seems that greeting customers went out the window and one bad apple causes them to treat customers like they are not worthy of their business. I would only stop here again if I was so out of gas that I had no choice but to stop!

they have card skimmers on their pumps, the machine would not respond to my credit card so i moved to another pump and same thing happened so i went to another gas station and got an alert that this one was trying to take $100 from my account !!!!!
