License plate- BC76629 Pure Michigan. 07.09.2024 on a Tuesday at 12:55pm in Canton Ga.
As I was driving, there was a tight space in between me and another car the driver of the DHL truck still proceeded to squeeze through using no left signal light causing me to slam on breaks and let him in. I’m pregnant as hell so that pissed me off bc jerking is uncomfortable for me an it hurts. And as he turned off he used his signal light so that shows me it works!!! Using big vehicles USE YOUR SIGNAL LIGHTSSSSSSS especially if you’re trying to squeeze through a tight area. Please teach these drivers to use their signal lights. These are not just regular cars they have to be more aware on the road.

You're in the United States, you don't ship to a United States Virgin Island, you don't have a phone number to speak with anyone and the 5 times I called a DHL Express location...speaking to 5 different people...they all told me completely different things, gave different numbers to call (including a USPS number) and English isn't their primary language. 1 person did say that DHL ships to USVI but that a 2' x 2' x 4' box weighing 150lbs would cost over $2000.00 to ship from Atlanta, GA.

First, their driver came to deliver my package, rang the bell and immediately got back in the truck and drove off. Didn’t give me time to answer the door, I have proof on my cameras outside. Second, the driver said they attempted to deliver my package 2 days straight and I was not home and my house was inaccessible. Of course I WAS home, and I do not live in a gated community. Horrible company and I will NEVER do business with them again.

FOR CARRIERS: Take note, every one of the one star reviews, we have experienced at this location. Opon arrival for P/U, we were told that the check-in deck does not open until 8:45am/9am on Friday's...there are nothing noted anywhere of this time adjustment for carriers. Apparently, brokers don't even know this issue, huge waste of time getting to this location earlier.
