Terrible customer service and the young lady with the short hair who is working on March 4th at 1:30 is the definition of a rude person with zero integrity. If you know you’re rude why work in an industry where you need to have good customer service to exceed. At least make sure your wraps are good if you’re going to take the approach you guys are taking because the food was ok at best. Oh and not to mention this young lady never changed her gloves even after dealing with shell fish going straight to chicken. Even had an attitude when asked can she change gloves from a customer who was actually allergic to shell fish. All in all this was a terrible experience and a waste of money. Oh and I also got my food 40 mins after the time it stated when placed smh.Thanks and hope you guys are looking for help.

The food is pretty good! My favorite is the ceaser wrap, but unfortunately today they lost a customer and I’ve supported this business numerous of times.The lady at the register with the short hair is EXTREMELY RUDE.. I ordered online and was charged the same price as in store BUT I was told u don’t get chips when u order online?(mind you my order was supposed to be ready at 1:12 but I didnt receive it till 1:50?)well why am I still charged the same price as “in store” but now I don’t get chips?Mind you I’m very understanding so the wait wouldn’t have been a problem and I would even understood her being frustrated because she was the only one there but to just be outright rude and sitting their with a tight face doesn’t work for me.Management definitely needs to do some reevaluating .A lot of times businesses have full potential to thrive but the employees be their downfall. Word to the wise” get her outta there”

This place is soooo amazing. Their food and smoothies are so delicious. The staff…very warm and welcoming. The food… so fresh and delicious. Yep…I will keep coming back to try everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️

So disappointment in my visit today. I had a hour lunch break and at least 30 minutes was spent inside ordering simple things ! The young lady was going super slow -we ordered two dude shut up shakes one add peanut butter which she didn’t do she made one big shake and separated into two- she didn’t put all the dressing on my wrap - she was cross contaminating -had the same gloves on that she prepared the food with then handled money and then gave us. Curry patty! NOT ONCE did I see her wash her hands or change out gloves. I’m so mad the location on Main Street is closed. Kept stopping to talk to the other young lady that was stocking while in the middle of making my wrap. They need more help at this location or need better training because this is unacceptable! Customers could end up sick and end up wasting time and paying for things that they don’t get.

When I first tried the food of this place. I knew I had to get some for my entire family. Which I did 2 days after, and even brought 2 friends there.The items from the menu I tried were delicious (wraps and smoothie), and taste the same every time I ordered.The atmosphere could be better, but since most people order takeout, it makes sense.Will come back n recommend.

If you’re going to have only 1 person making food, making shakes and doing everything else PLEASE inform the patrons of the wait … it’s ridiculous to order two smoothies and have to WAIT 35 mins !! The gentleman sees the line and back up and he’s walking around attempting to look busy … Not to mention they ask u to use the kiosk to order, and then they still get the order incorrect .

My 1st experience was the worst experience. I placed an order on line in front of the store. Waited almost 2 hours for my order. Only 1 young lady working. Another guy came in to work but wasn't any help at all to the young lady. He couldn't even make a smoothie while she make the wraps. Other customers were asking for refunds. Finally got the food everything tasted great and then a few hours later had gas real bad.

Employees was very rude and disrespectful saying I should have paid at the machine instead of choosing to pay with the cashier when it did not give me the option . A light skin guy with dreads very rude.

Unsanitary and unprofessional! The gentleman that was working opened the fridge, made a smoothie, gave a customer a receipt, touching everything all with the same gloves he tried to make my wrap with. I asked him if he can change his gloves since he had been touching all over everything. He caught an attitude and began to make the wrap aggressively. I will never ever go there again, and I've warned everyone on my job about the nastiness! Imagine if I would have ordered my wrap on uber eats not even knowing how nasty and unsanitary the staff is!
