I needed to add renters insurance as my circumstances are changing. I called and asked for Tiffany Leach at 4:58pm. She had just packed up to leave, so Brandon Robinson offered to help me, even though it was now past 5:00. I had an urgent need to show that I had secured renters insurance, and Brandon took care of me in minutes. I received the needed declarations page very shortly after ending the call, uploaded it, and I will be very happily moving into my new apartment this week! Thank you, Brandon, and a big shout out to Tiffany and the wonderful folks who keep this office running with smiles all around!!

(First review: Feb 2025) I called this office in a panic about insurance on a car I bought last month (long story), and I can’t say enough good things about the ladies who assisted me. Tyra, who first took my call, was extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful. She listened patiently and with compassion while I explained the situation, and then she transferred me to Tiffany, the account manager who will handle my account.
Tiffany was equally kind and helpful, and made useful suggestions about products that would enable me to claim a multi-policy discount without coming across like a ‘pushy salesperson.’
This was my first time interacting with this particular office and they both made a wonderful first impression. I was considering looking at other companies, but because of these ladies, I may continue my decades-long relationship with State Farm.”

“I absolutely love Kenya and the staff at Accelerated Tax. I met Kenya thru my husband after we got married, however, from the moment I spoke with and met her, she was very pleasant, professional, patient and very knowledgeable and so were the staff. She kept us informed of every decision made and provided documentation for all transactions. But most importantly I had a situation with a business refund from a few years prior that someone else completed that needed to be amended and I asked Kenya could she do the amended return and she said yes. It took the IRS almost two years to release the refund, but I must shout out Kenya for consistently keeping me updated, checking in with me and diligently calling the IRS until the situation got resolved and I am so grateful and thankful for that. She made a difficult and frustrating process better because I was never alone. I had help every step of the way without me having to ask for it, and I really really appreciated that. I have referred several people to Accelerated Tax Preparation agency and will continue to do so, because their love for what they do, professionalism and outstanding customer service is evident and shines through in every situation.”
