My car was "fixed" but then stopped working again for the same reason 3 weeks later.
I was confident my starter had gone bad as my car battery was only 3 months old. But I trusted the advice of Midas who said it was a battery issue. They swapped it while I was out of town and said all was good. I reiterated that it was strange as the battery was relatively new and everything worked electrically except for the car starting. But they are the experts I assumed.
3 weeks later, it doesn't start again. I had it taken to Pep Boys in Kennisaw this time as I am nowhere near College Park. They tested everything and guess what......it was a bad starter.
I shouldn't as a layman know more than the auto shop.
The staff was very friendly and nice, but I should have stuck to my gut and they should have been more thorough so I wouldn't be stranded twice within a month.

The 2 weeks of me relocated to GA no one, even the dealership could pinpoint the issues with reasonable fees. All 3 shops advised it was time for me to purchase another vehicle.
I decided to take a chance, so I drove my Chevy Equinox from WPB FL to Riverdale GA in fear that it would break down.
My brother in law recommended Midas. Robert is very professional and compassionate. I was amazed at his knowledge due to the fact that other shops couldn't resolve the issues. Robert Jackson was very thorough, patient, and stood by his words and prices. This was in April, and since I picked up my truck, it drives almost like new again! Robert's fees eye l were less than half of what the other shops were estimating.
I will continue to use this Midas as long as Robert is there and also highly recommend his expertise, integrity, and honesty. I didn't need to junk my truck to purchase a new one after all.

I had low tire pressure
and Mr.Perk kindly assisted me with the issue. He circled around my car several times to assure the pressure levels read correctly. This was very helpful because I had my small child inside the car and would've had a harder time addressing the issue. Thanks again.

Today I went to Midas for them to check my car. They are very helpful, fast, kind and professional. I love going there!! They usually do not deal with BMWs but they still ✅ mine. They helped me and now I am rolling back to normal. I will go to them first always. ??

While I was getting gas I noticed a nail in my front right tire. I took my car to Midas on Old National Highway. I’ve done business with them before. They were able to plug my tire in less than 20 minutes. They did a courtesy check on the other three tires just to make sure I was good. Robert did not charge me. He thanked me for my service and for being a repeat valued customer!

On January 18,2024 I went to this location to get my oil changed it took an hour and 25 minutes I know this because I walked to go get food and when I returned to the store an hour late I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. I just got my car December 20 of 20233 never had any problems in the month I had it before I got my oil changed. Once I left the shop from getting my oil changed likes began to pop up on my dashboard that wasn’t there before. The service oil light kept coming on after I got my oil change, and my car started making this odd clanking noise and then my car shut off. I called a tow truck and had it towed home because I was so confused.. I had someone come out and take a look the told me whoever changed my oil didn’t put the cap on correctly or connected it back correctly after the drain the oil that I need to take it back to who ever changed my oil. I called Midas told them my problem and they told me I can have it towed to them and they would have a look. I had the car towed once again to them and the manager told me that it was the spark plugs and that it would be $1000 to get fixed. (The calls are recorded so I’m sure you can find record of this call.) I told the manager that I was going to get a third opinion because the first guy said something different from what he told me. So I got my car towed a third time to Honda and the told me the same thing the first guy did. So I reached back out to Midas and I told them my issue and everything tht was a wrong and they said ok we’ll fix your car have it towed back. I have emails corresponding to our conversation. So I get my car towed a fourth time back to Midas where they told me they would fix my car. Two weeks later I call to see how everything is going and I am informed by the general manager Robert (who I had been emailing) that their is nothing they can do. He said I see our brand filter in there and I see the oil at the bottom of your car but we changed it correctly there is nothing we can do. It is now April and It has been 3 months I have been without my car due to the Negligence of Midas. I was told by the service agents @ Honda tht my car broke down 100% off of the wrong doings of Midas. I have documentation from Honda stating the issues. I just want my car fixed and nobody is trying to help at Midas. I even emailed corporate and got no response.
