1. Take heed to the documented injured pets while in Pet Paradise’s care. My puppy was also injured!2. Upon pick up and drop off I noticed the stench of animal urine.3. I called daily to assess how my puppy was adjusting. No one knew when individual play time was scheduled for my puppy. However, individual playtime “allegedly” occurred daily at exactly 3:35 PM each day with the same person— according to my invoice.4. Around day 2— I received a call that my puppy had been injured. Bursted blood vessel in the eye. Staff or the cameras were unable to determine what happened.5. I cut my vacation short and picked up my puppy ahead of schedule. Upon pick up I also noticed skin irritation and mated fur under chin.6. I will never use Pet Paradise again and will encourage others to find better pet care alternatives.7. This place obviously has some internal issues that place pets at risk!8. This is one of the worst pet care experiences I have ever had and I can ONLY imagine what my puppy endured.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. I dropped my dog Remy off at this facility for boarding over Christmas so that I could fly home and spend the holiday with my family. The first day after I dropped him off, I got a call that he had been attacked by another dog during group play. They called ASKING if he should be seen by a vet for MULTIPLE puncture wounds. If a dog needs veterinary care while under their watch, especially puncture wounds, there should be no question that the animals health take top priority, and be taken to the emergency vet if needed. My dog ended up needing multiple sutures and a drain placed in his ear. I had to switch my flight last minute and flew back to Atlanta to pick him up on Christmas Eve morning, missing Christmas with my family. When I picked Remy up, he was in AWFUL shape. The drain in his ear was not being cleaned as instructed, he was in a cone so the fluid buildup from his ear was draining and catching in the cone, open for infection to form. They charged me full price for both nights they kept him, so I was paying for their negligence while my dog got attacked. When I took Remy outside to get in the car, he peed all over the place as if he hadn’t been let out since I dropped him off. Bottom line is, he was injured and neglected by Pet Paradise. I understand places are over capacity and understaffed, but if they can’t handle the dogs they are boarding or staff appropriately, they shouldn’t have such large groups out together. My primary vet called Pet Paradise and they would give no information on rabies registration for the dog that attacked Remy. I was told by one manager when I picked him up that the other dog would not be allowed back, and then days later I was told the other dog was actually allowed back and he just got a “note on his profile”. This place will not prioritize the safety of your pet. They are worried about their profits, I paid over $50 a night, changed flights, etc. for them to not take an ounce of care of my dog. This was not my first experience boarding my dog. I am well aware of the kind of care animals can get, and this place isn’t worth the money they charge, or potentially risking your animal’s life.* editing after Pet Paradise response and after they REMOVED my negative review*I reported this issue to Pet Paradise during the incident and shortly after, when I was getting no help from the Atlanta location. I was assured by a member of their corporate staff via phone call that it would be escalated and someone would reach out to me. A month later that has not happened. No amends to be made at this point. But I’d caution any other pet owners against taking their animals here.

This is absolutely the best doggy daycare and boarding facility in the Atlanta area! The customer service is second to none. The facility is very clean. Parking is a breeze. And it's relatively easy to find. You definitely won't be disappointed. Conveniently located close to the airport.

First when I called to check on our baby, I can sense the person was a little irritated. She wasn’t rude, but I could easily detect the irritation by the delivery. When our baby was picked up, we could tell she was dehydrated. The young lady said she barked at her earlier & it all made sense….she was THIRSTY. We pay for the “one on one play time”, but when I watch the video, the attendant is just basically standing there. This is only our 2nd visit with this place. The first time Charlee came back limping & now this time it made us feel bad as parents for sending her back. If there’s a water dispenser, they need to understand every dog doesn’t have experience with those. Please make sure all pets are drinking water at some point throughout the day. Thanks

Made a reservation for boarding- received a phone call confirming the reservation- arrived the day of the reservation only to be told “there’s no reservation” and no room for boarding my pet. Never ever ever - huge inconvenience as my flight departed the following morning! Unorganized!

I boarded my puppy here from 9/27 - 9/30. When I made my reservation I requested he his play time to be alone no groups. I did this to ensure no incidents with other dogs. So to my surprise when I received a report that he was "Party Animal/Mr. Popular" with pictures of him with other dogs. This was a bit surprising since I paid extra to ensure no group playtime. So when I arrive to pick him up I addressed the issue and they removed it from my bill. And he seemed okay at that time. But when they were releasing him to me one Saddie noticed what she assumed was dry food under his chin. 1st I want to say that Saddie was very nice and professional she was the 1 good thing about this place. So Saddie took him to the back to clean him up. Now I thought it was odd that he would have food dried up in his coat/fur because I provided his food and his food is dry. But just figured maybe he got into something so I didn't make a fuss.So I took Kobe/my puppy home. He seemed a bit lethargic but thought it was due to not seeing me for a few days. We get home and he goes straight to bed which was also odd. The next day he's still a bit lethargic and he smells so I give him a bath that evening. This is when everything hits the fan. I noticed he had something dried up under his chin in his coat/fur so when I bath him I put a nice amount of soap there to clean it. My puppy immediately started crying. So I rinse the soap out rinse him really well to take a look and it appears my puppy has bite marks around his neck. So you can imagine I am FURRIOUS. This is Sunday evening so I return to Pet Paradise 1st thing Monday morning. Saddie was there and I spoke to her as well as she viewed my puppy. She went to get the manager I can't remember her name but she continued to imply IF something happened to Kobe. IF he was bitten she was not showing much empathy for how upset I was and stated she needed to watch the video for his whole time there.Well she followed up with me same day via a voicemail message to say my puppy was not bitten by another do that he did it to himself. Which I thought was not true, I requested to see the videos. Never received a response to my request.I take him to our vet and was informed he was not bitten which was GREAT. But again if he had not been with other dogs I would not have thought this. The vet said my puppy had "HOT SPOTS" and this happened from being wet. Interesting because I was informed while at Pet Paradise that he had been swimming. Because they did not dry him off after swimming the moisture set in his coat and he developed hot spots causing him to scratch. So this was due to their NEGLIGENCE. The picture only shows 1 side but there are multiple spots around his neck. Needless to say I will never take him here ever again. THANKS FOR THE VET BILL DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE PET PARADISE!!**Excess moisture within the dog's coat caused by bathing or swimming can also lead to hot spots**.

Whitney and staff were very professional. Our dog Max was traveling to Germany and was able to stay at pet paradise Atlanta prior to his shipment. This business is an honest and trustworthy organization and I would recommend them to anyone. Whitney was very kind and helpful. A+ 5 star

My dog is always so excited to come here. When I travel for work or when he needs to get some extra energy out playing in a safe and clean environment with other dogs, this is my go-to spot. It's so convenient for you to travel with the park and ride next door. One time, when he was too excited to eat, the staff consulted with the onsite vet and called me to ask if I was ok with them adding broth to his food to get him to eat. I really appreciated that. It's the only place I take him, and he's actually running away from me to get to the staff and be taken in the back. The sleep he gets when back home tells me he enjoyed every minute. I also like that I always get a call a day or 2 after he's back home, checking on him asking how he's doing. I have been bringing him for about a year or so to this place, and I couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else. Pics are from his report card from his last stay ?

As a truck driver, sometimes it's difficult to have maintenance done in the vehicle when you have a pet. Hamilton loved his day, and I got doggy report cards and pictures with adorable messages about his stay. He loved playing in the pool, and he had one on one time to play with humans because he was not neutered he couldn't play with other dogs. However, he actually slept in the truck for 2 days after, and it was amazing, lol

My expectancy was soo high when booking a reservation for my puppy but I guess you can never really judge a book by its cover. When choosing indoor/outdoor playtime, seeing the pool, and the other dogs enjoying their time while on camera I assumed my puppy would be included. Nope! When I picked my puppy up he looked stressed and depressed. He was hungry and drank nearly four bowls of water which he shouldn’t be that thirsty since he was only there for two days. Along with this, I was charged extra for him not being neutered however he was not allowed to enjoy the extra amenities because he’s not neutered. So why am I being charged if he’s gonna be locked up and not enjoy his time like the rest of the dogs there. Doesn’t make sense and sounds like a scam. If you accept dogs who’s unaltered I believe that you should let them out one-by-one and monitor them instead of caging them. I mean there is someone who’s watching the dogs. He doesn’t even stay in a cage at home so I know he was depressed during his stay. He’s been sleep since I picked him up. Bad service, hidden fees, and undisclosed terms and conditions are not good for business. Not an ideal boarding facility.

I drove all the way to Pet Paradise Atlanta Airport to drop my dog off for grooming scheduled for 10am with Sabrina despite the bad review I had already seen about her. Only to be told the groomer had not arrived yet. That wouldn’t of been an issue had she not had bad reviews online but then they start asking questions about what type of cut do I want and stuff that she would of been asking and they don’t know much about. Needless to say I said canceled my appointment. Customer service needs to be top tier and this is unfortunately lacking by the person that I’m trusting my little guy to. You may say oh well we’ll gain another but the fact remains you just lost one.

Aisah and her team at Pet Paradise are wonderful. I do not worry about how my 3 dogs are being treated when I have to leave them. I highly recommend Pet Paradise in College Park whether you are looking for short or long term care for your fur babies.
