The pharmacist who called me to discuss the medications was very courteous, as was the one who I spoke with previous day who apologized for the slight delay, may have been the same person. I had to fill a prescription in person last week and had a good experience as well.”
“They are quick to fill prescriptions. It never takes me more than a few minutes to pick up and the staff is lovely.
Update: they continue to be wonderful and quick to fill prescriptions. I’ve never been treated so well by a pharmacy.”

“Ira, the pharmacist is by far the most kind understanding and knowledgeable gentleman. Every time I'm in there, he offers assistance but offers different products than what you thought.And if he doesn't have it, he will get it. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.”
“Great if you in the outs I de lines. Can be difficult in the middle if youre the second car trying to pull off when you are finished pumping your gas. 2nd issue: when the pump has no receipt paper or its jammed.”
“Staff is always very friendly and professional. Food from the deli is always great including wings, pre-made sandwiches, and salads. They also do stuff like a free Free Bar cake for your bday. Its a really nice size personal cake l, and u can choose from numerous flavors like red velvet, carrot, white confetti,etc. I don't know how I lived so long without a publix!!”

“I went to 4 pharmacies before this, Publix, CVS, Kroger & Walgreens and Ben Hill was the first and only that had in stock what I needed and filled the perception within 15 minutes.
I did not even have to leave the pharmacy. They also have free delivery. The folks there are very nice and friendly.”

The last time I went they went out of their way to help me and make sure I was comfortable and understood all my medications well too.The pharmacist there was also so helpful and let me know that I was experiencing side effects from a medicine which not even my doctor could diagnose properly and helped me find an alternative medicine.”

“10/10 every time we go here. Another Publix told me they couldn’t fill my medication because I was a new customer and to take it somewhere else. Went and talk to Dannell in person and she let us know there were some extra steps to get it done but she’d handle it if we gave her some extra info and to come back in a few hours, sure enough 2 hours later she has me squared away and on with my day. Cannot say thank you enough and her service was top tier.”

“I’m heading to Korea tomorrow morning early and based on the time to fill my prescription, I thought I’d have to go without it for 2 weeks (which would absolutely leave me in shambles!!). Danielle was so incredibly helpful! I called to see what I could do and she gave me info on how to get it sooner than normal. I got a call just a bit later from her with my insurance on the line so we could get everything sorted out in advance. Minutes later she sent me a message my prescription was ready! “We used to come here for treats when we got out of church at World Changers Church Intl. That was 26 years ago and the store seemed fairly new. We were visitors from Alabama and seeing a new grocery chain different from the ones I grew up with made me really interested in Kroger. I actually got a store discount card even though I didn't live in Georgia. Fast forward to 2022 and guess what? Kroger Fulfillment warehouse moves into Homewood where I live! I actually got a job there and it was so fun. I miss it but they have their rules.?”
