They have the cutest close for so cheap I love this store. The panties and bras they have are beautiful and they have a huge plus size section at this location. However , the one older black lady who helps you get items that are too high up, is a total b!+ch for like, no reason. I asked her to get me one item down but didn't even ask for her help again for something else I wanted, I just decided not to get it so I didn't have to deal with her again. Other than their employees not being the nicest I still love this store. the cashier who rang me up was awesome tho. She was super professional and friendly.

The short African American lady that was working Friday afternoon around 5 was very very rude !! She followed us around the store and kept trying to find a reason to tell them something since she addressed my 3 yr old in a rude way to not touch the glasses that they were not a toy like ma'am how do you not know I was going to pay for them . I hand my hands full of merchandise & decided to leave my stuff there because I was not going to waste my money at a place where an employee is racist . We felt unwelcome , & harassed !!

The store opens up at 11:00 been up here since 10:59am the employee got here at 11:05am didn’t open the store up it’s now 11:15 still not open need to do better

The place is such a low quality experience, not because of the quality of clothing, but for the lack of customer service and the fact that they treat everyone like criminals, no one check bags in 2023 and even if this is there process , they need to be professional with it Associate was upfront at register saying that she had not cursed a customer out for the new year , she was saying this to the Mod . ( I guess she was trying to send me a subliminal message) No fitting room available . Just all around hood . With the exception of the young lady greeting by door , they need to be replaced or retrained . We should be able to have a positive shopping experience in our on community

Please make sure the workers have had lunch or you will deal with lack luster customer service. While returning my item I tried to explain to the associate I paid with Apple Pay and the number differ from the actual physical debit card. She basically tried to say it wasn’t my card ( needs to be updated on Pos system and how to do a return with a better attitude.) She also mumble under her breath as if I couldn’t hear her. I politely ask her to repeat herself and she tried to clean it up. After my card was swipe the return was completed, however I did not like how she tried to insinuate I was lying about my card last four numbers. I prefer location next to Burlington they have way better customer service and it does not seem as if they dread their job.
