Awsome place I currently stay here room was nice and clean my kids love it great place to be and save for our transition into a apartment
Food and drinks: We fill pretty safe the police patrol on the regular the food nearby is pretty good I haven't seen any crime so far.

Hair on the floor which I swear wasn’t there when I left my room. I tend to strategically place things when I get hotel rooms bottle was touched! Door didn’t have a good lock and they asked for a $50 security deposit upon arrival after my room was paid for. Only reason I kept it because it was too late and I just off work

Cleanliness wanting alot.
50$ deposit
Few trushy places n trush left outside especially lower side.
Find uncleaned toilet,
Old Food still in fridge from previous guests.
Floor uncleaned with some trush.
Table not wiped.
Tv remote sticky as have never been cleaned in a long time.
I complained they changed me to another room that was slightly better. But table had sticky uncleaned food spots.
I had to wipe my table.
The only thing they are doing is making up the bed and they need to work on their housekeeping policy.
I came here coz of available truck parking as I needed that desparately.otherwise A NO NO for now.

Worst hotel ever so dirty found 2 roches also nasty bathroom and the worst service ever the free WiFi is so bad it made my phone say no service

This hotel is a mess 😭 it looks very nice on the website when I gone and get a room there the guy give me a room with hair in the sink like some just shaved and the room smells like crack head like someone was doing drugs in the room. When I did change the room he give me another room which is 325 and in the middle of the sinking in like the bed is broken.they never come down maid service nor give out clean towels and I stay there for 4 days 3 nights when my husband went at the front desk asking for towels the guy said wait until tomorrow the Nex morning. I would never ever ever go back there again those rooms are not the same how it looks on the website. And it's a 50 $ dollars deposit.

They refused to clean my room. The floor was full of black towels after I washed it with hot water and soap. The maids skipped my room habitually taking towels and never leaving fresh ones. I asked for housekeeping everyday and they refused. I felt like I was getting sick by just being in a dirty room so I cleaned it myself and blamed it on the choice of staff at the time but days later they still refused to clean it. Some of the staff personnel were nice and accommodating but most were rude,disrespectful,refused to return deposit after first night then refused to ensure their staff completed daily cleaning tasks.

I was very happy whit the treatment I received from Muhammad he was very professional and cordial the room was amazing the lux upgrade was worth it the space on the room wonderful and I think the value was decent my only thing was the no pool but other than that I was very comfortable and I sleep like a baby 4 sure

DO NOT STAY HERE. I can’t believe you charge people money to stay here. Multiple health and safety violations. This place should be shut down. Didn’t feel SAFE at all!!! Random people walking in and out of The entire room and hotel was FILTHY!!! I came in solo for a two day seminar and i felt safer sleeping in my car at a walmart parking lot on both nights. They wouldnt refund me so i ended up only using the room to take showers. There were many homeless people in the hallways, garbage everywhere, found multiple roaches in my room and burn marks and stains on the sheets. (Clearly wasnt washed or changed before i came)

Staff member Zee is very welcoming and nice. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoying. He really does need a raise cause it’s not a lot of place out here with his type of customer service. Will return.

Crazy management. First given me room was under construction, second wasn’t clean, third was ok, but just with 2 towels. I asked bring us more (because our family is 4 people), but we didn’t get them(((. No coffee(((
