I stayed at this hotel it was my first time and it will definitely will be my only time. Booked it because it was near the airport, the actual hotel location looked sketchy upon my arrival. Had no choice because it was too late. The room was dirty with roaches crawling everywhere, the door on the inside was very dirty and wasn’t able to lock properly which was unsafe. I went to use the bathroom and turn on the light the roaches were running around trying to get in the cracks on the bathroom floor and the wall. The roaches took over the entire room. This day and age no one should be paying to stay in a hotel infested with roaches or any other pests. I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t relax imagine me sleeping there. Management need to do better take a few days to clean and exterminate the entire place. I had to shake all my clothes off and my bags to assure no roaches left with me.Rooms: Roach infestation and dirty not enough towels toilet seat was pealing.Safety: The door lock wasn’t secured and the entrance wasn’t secured.

I stayed here on October 1st, 2023. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are remodeling. This place should have been bulldozed and rebuilt. Even the pool was concreted over. Why would a pool be a listed amenity if they filled it in?I checked in and gave them my ID and card. I had to ask for my cards back, so they only gave me my CC and kept my ID. ( I did not realize this till I got to the airport the next morning after I returned my rental car What a mess that made for me.) I am sure this was an error.I went to the room and the room was .... the toilet had paper in it so I flushed it, I mean I attempted to flush, which it did not. So I went back to the office and they gave me another room.So I went to the room..... The room should not have been rented to anyone!!!!! The dead bolt was broken, the floor was sticky, but at least the toilet flushed... The furniture was scarce. The dresser drawers were broken and would not close. The bed sheets had holes in it, clean with no stains, but holes. They looked liked cigarette holes without the brown burn marks... There was no towels. The was no hair dryer. I looked at the tub and decided I could forego a shower this night. The room was quiet an dark and the bed was comfortable.I had an early flight in the morning.I went to check out and asked for a receipt. I was told I couldn't get one because the nightly audit wasn't done.SO when I called to have them mail my Driver's License to me and they said that the would the next morning. I called 3 days later and they hadn't mailed it yet. It is now 5 days later and I have not received my License yet? This trip became a nightmare. I highly recommend that other travelers stay at another place. They should have paid me for staying there!

My nephew recommended this hotel to me and even requested the best room for me at the front desk. His gesture brought a smile to my face, especially after a previous bad experience with another website. I hadn’t had the time to research this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the lady at the front desk. She informed us that the longer we stayed, the lower our rate would be. This was said in front of the young owner, who I didn’t recognize at the time.Seeing him there, I asked if they were hiring, to which he abruptly responded with a ‘NO!’ His response took me aback due to its harshness. After he left, the lady apologized for his behavior and assured us that he was actually a nice person, just a bit loud. She also mentioned that he was remodeling some rooms and would be hiring soon. However, after my interaction with him, I declined her offer. I had a feeling that he didn’t like me.After receiving our keys, we headed to our room which was conveniently located on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with the key but the owner happened to pass by and let us in. The room wasn’t as impressive as I had hoped and it was quite dirty. Despite this, we were too tired to request a change of rooms and I was wary of dealing with the owner again.During our stay, we noticed a foul smell which my nephew attributed to sewage issues. There was also an unpleasant odor near the air conditioner which suggested that the floors weren’t cleaned properly.Over the course of our stay, we interacted with different staff members. One lady didn’t lower our rate as promised and took her time responding to our queries. Another week, we were served by the friendly clerk who did lower our rate but was slow in providing basic amenities like shampoo and tissue. In our final week, we dealt with the owner again who claimed that we weren’t supposed to receive a discount and that there had been an error in not charging us a deposit for that week. He then mentioned a rewards program through which we could receive discounts. This seemed disorganized and confusing. When it was time for us to leave, he promised to send our stay details via email but I haven’t received anything yet.On the third day of owning my car, it overheated and had to be towed to the hotel. The tow truck driver mentioned that the owner was quite rude. When I confronted the owner about his behavior, he claimed ignorance about the towing situation, despite having seen my car. He noted that my car lacked a proper tag and only had a temporary one. He admitted to arguing with the tow truck driver but denied any wrongdoing. He even asserted his right to act as he pleased. The situation escalated to the point where he seemed to challenge me to a fight. I asked him to clarify his intentions multiple times, as such behavior might be acceptable in his country, but it carries a different connotation in the US.I suspect he wanted to physically confront me, but instead, he positioned himself by the door, presumably waiting for the police, as he often does. The clerk tried to side with her boss, but I sensed she was doing so out of job security. None of the employees seemed happy; even the clerk received harsh treatment from him.The hotel itself was in poor condition. There were insects and bugs, and I even caught a lizard. The shower curtain was cloth and had dirty handprints on it. The bathtub’s paint was peeling, and the toilet seat was loose. The towels and washcloths were hard and left lint on my body. The microwave had an unpleasant smell at first, and there was a small refrigerator. The toilet release button appeared green and moldy. The water was hard and difficult to adjust.I wish the police would stop defending this owner and advise him to conduct his business elsewhere. He seems indifferent towards his customers, despite identifying himself as part of the brown community.

The pictures shown are not of this hotel. The office area in the photo is actually blocked off. The road into the location is in poor condition and the hotel itself has the appearance of being abandoned. I understand they are remodeling but there remains a lot to be done before it even gets close to the photos. It is right by the interstate and quite loud as well.

Deadbolt Lock is not working ( Room339). Essentially, the top latch was my assurance for the night. trash on steps and decapitated environment. Not worth the price. Also- NO Shuttle service although its very close to the airport. So you will pay for hotel and ubers.

It was nasty, owner of the super 8 hotel was disrespectful, it doesn't make sense to me, the money u put out just to stay at a hotel & the maid never clean the place up, the smell from the outside was terrible, paying $500 per week, u would think that the owner would respect customers that pay these high prices, no the owner treat these customers with disrespect, bathroom was small but the tub was painted with some dirty white paint, u can tell because paint chips getting all over the place, bathroom was nasty me & family's had to clean it, the sink it was so dirty u can see the dirt under the rim, refrigerator was clean, we clean that, boy it u is scare of bed bugs this is the place u don't won't to be at, we have to clean the blankets & sheets even the bed protection cover & that prove that the maids are not doing there jobs or there no washhouse area where their no clean sheets & blankets & etc, but me & my families made it work, we cleaned up the place to made it homey, again i don't understand why are these hotels & motels owners are so disrespectful

This place literally made me so nervous i left 15 minutes from the time i checked in . From the time i checked in the staff made me feel uncomfortable, then apparently my Uber driver caught one of them looking at me as i walked into the room, the room itself looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE the pictures you guys have posted . The locks were questionable, The sheets were dirty the bathroom was disgusting , the towels smelled, the ac didn’t work well . Everything about that room made the hairs on my arm stand up and all kinds of red flags were waved . The fact that i can’t get a FULL refund is crazy but I’ll take half if that means i have my safetyRooms: Disgusting. Cheap. StuffySafety: Felt like I was going to be sleeping at either a brothel or a place where sex trafficking took place.

This hotel was the most filthy place I’ve ever stayed at. There were so many insects on the floor that I have attached pictures of. The bathroom door did not even close and was stuck open. There was spots on the toilet seat and the bathtub was filthy. The bed had filthy sheets and there were black tiny spots. The phone in the room was disconnected and I was not able to make any calls to the front desk. The latch on the door was broken and made me feel unsafe. When I asked about it they said it was normal and no one could get in. I then asked for another room and when I got there the door latch lock was broken there too. I basically had a terrible stay and couldn’t wait to get out of there for my connecting morning flight.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in (and I always stay at budget hotels). The rooms are not at all what the web booking sites show. The non smoking room stinks of smoke. The towels are obviously not washed by a laundry. The lobby does not look even close to what the pictures show. The reception is a room that has a counter and shelves with dirty laundry on it.And don't expect that airport shuttle they advertise on the booking site.If you are sensitive to noise, it is right on the highway.

Do not stay here, read the other reviews, I confirmed the bad reviews to be true by myself on my stay. Only slept a few hrs because had it already booked on Priceline and I arrived on a very late flight, does not look like the pictures at all (pictures are probably 20 yrs old or something), it appears to be in a dangerous side of town, the location and facilities feels very shady.

My 18 year old daughter's flight from ATL was cancelled late night and she was stuck overnight in Atlanta. We booked and paid for a room at Super 8 by phone and told that the hotel age limit is 18. Upon arrival, she was not allowed to check in stating the hotel policy of the age limit of 21. It took over an hour to go back and forth to clarify the matters and the person on the front desk was working very hard to help out. She went to bed as a result at 3 am after 30 hr of international travel, flight diversion and cancellation.

Rooms smell horrible, staff professionalism is completely nonexistent, and the one employee I saw that appears to be the ground keeper seems to be spying on the guests.Noteworthy details: High crime area
