I’ve been living in this complex since January 2019, and my experience has steadily declined, especially regarding maintenance and health concerns. Most recently, my water was shut off on January 25,2025 without any notice or communication from the complex. After waiting nearly 24 hours, maintenance finally came out on Sunday to address a leak that we were never informed about. While they temporarily fixed the issue and restored the water, they left the repairs unfinished, with exposed walls and holes that have yet to be addressed. They claimed someone would return Monday, but it’s now Tuesday, and no one has followed up.
This is just one example of how poorly this property is managed. Over the years, we’ve also dealt with issues like pest infestations, including a dead mouse that I found just five feet from my child’s bedroom. This is completely unacceptable for a family home. These unresolved issues raise serious health and safety concerns for my family, especially with a young child in the house.
For the amount of rent I’m paying, I expect far better living conditions and timely communication. I shouldn’t have to constantly chase after management to uphold their side of the lease agreement. The lack of urgency and care is appalling. I’m sharing this review in hopes that management will finally take these issues seriously and implement real change to improve the quality of life for their long standing tenants.

Mrs. Dee provided exceptional professionalism and outstanding assistance with all my needs. Having recently moved from Maryland, I had been struggling to find a place and connect with kind, welcoming people. I’m truly grateful to have found both and help with a new home.

Stop by and viewed a unit today and was able to speak with The manager Ms.Dee. she was very knowledgeable and answered all the many questions I had! I look forward to moving here in the new future.

I’ve had great experience at The Commons at Camp Creek. Darrione was very helpful and informative. Anytime I needed something or had a question it was answer and taken care of. Everything was as simple and easy with her.

We just moved our niece into her new home at The Commons at Camp Creek and I just want to say Ms. Dee was a pleasure to work with. She made the process so smooth & easy. Also, Ms. Dee had the best local recommendations!!!

Wonderful experience, not a single question left unanswered! Jamya was extremely helpful and patient with me as I’m a first time renter and was very confused, she made the process very simple offering as much help as possible. Can’t wait for the next chapter!

I would like to say I'm so grateful that to be in my on place is quiet I don't hear a lot of drama and Chaos and violence in these Townhomes the property manager Ms. Pamela she's a very nice person that will work with you I've been staying out here for a couple of months now so I give 2👍👍🆙️

I LIVED HERE for 3 years until Last year. When I first moved in a Jewish Company owned them was trying to make it better. After a year there they sold and this New Company has made it turn back into the Slums. Let’s Start with the Manager and her nasty attitude and ways. I went out of town things in my home was missing. My 2 Neighbors informed me that maintenance was going in without my consent went in to complain the Manager told me I was lying. The a week later I had a Notice to Vacate. NOW I HAVE A BETTER PLACE TO STAY just so happen to be riding through decided to ride in the complex and when I say MANAGEMENT ISNT DOING NOTHING FOR THERE TENANTS. NOW I LOOK BACK THANK GOD the nasty attitude manager gave me 30 days THE BEST THING EVER Cause CLEARLY A BLIND MAN CAN SEE SHES NOT DOING NOTHING AT ALL! Trash everywhere Weeds growing wildly. THIS IS HOW OUR OWN BLACK PEOPLE DO LOL NEVER FIX UP JUST COLLECT MONEY
