About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) at 2385 Godby Rd provides essential mail and package delivery services to every residential and business address across the country. Reviews indicate a strong commitment to customer service, particularly from individual mail carriers who are described as courteous, professional, and caring. Customers appreciate the dedication of these workers, highlighting specific mail carriers who stand out for their outstanding service. However, feedback also points to challenges at this location, particularly concerning staffing. Many customers feel that there is a need for more personnel at the front customer service desk to help manage the workload. Instances of delays, such as the post office opening late and long lines forming, have been noted. Customers suggest that temporary assistance from other locations could improve the efficiency of service. Overall, while the dedication of the staff is praised, staffing concerns remain a significant area for improvement at this USPS branch.

This post office never opens at the listed time! Had a line standing outside the door for 30 minutes until one of the people waiting knocked on the mail room door and still waited 15 more minutes for the post office clerk to get situated.. it just makes no sense!!
