Let's start off with the pharmacy closing at 7pm, you can't even get down Old National by 7pm, then the pharmacy techs get off early, and come in late so why the attitudes??? The pharmacy hours are a huge inconvenience!!!!! Then no communication!! I blame management for allowing the bad customer service. Do Better!!! Or get another job!!!

This pharmacy location use to have some personable pharmacy techs, good interactions with customers, answering and clarifying question but I guess with worker shortage they have to settle for whomever they can get. Had the staff rolling her eyes at me, the customer who was just trying to get some clarification, obviously annoyed. Hopefully the turnover will be quick and they will hire better staff in the future that are equipped with patience or they should have them in the back counting narcs where customer interaction is limited, not everyone is a people's person.

I placed 3 photo orders at 1:32, 1:35 and 1:38pm. The latest the last order said it would be ready was 2:05. I came here at 2:18 and the young man acted like he couldn’t find the order and then he said it’s not ready. I specifically asked if the order had been started. He said no and that it would be 30 minutes. I live an hour away, I just came from a funeral and wanted to make a nice gift for the family. This is highly unacceptable!!! They didn’t give one care or apologize that the order was not done timely!! I don’t visit this side of town and will never ever step foot on this side again.

Mischack was probably the most disgruntled employee I’ve ever seen. To be a cashier, and NOT greet any of the customers or even tell them their total when they’re paying for their items, is just absolutely ridiculous. He was just extremely rude.

100% of the time this Walgreens did NOT have what i wanted when i ordered Uber eats from here… and i’ve ordered 5 times from here. Terrible mistake. Never again. Plus they never answer the phone, so there’s no way of knowing beforehand if what you want is available.
