Let me tell y’all something there’s a guy named Bradley at Ace Hardware store and he is a professional with chainsaws. I just bought my first stihl chainsaw and I know how to work a chainsaw but I didn’t really know much about the brand stihl. Meanwhile, I come home, used the chainsaw and it stopped working so the next day I go back up to Ace Hardware store and look who it is Bradley is still there. He takes my chainsaw. Does this magic with a couple tricks and gets it working and he charges me nothing for it. I was astounded. At loss of words really, I was just appreciative and I just wanna say Bradley is a great guy. You should go there and just say hi to him. Give them some tips or something. I don’t know.

I have been a dedicated customer for over 5 years I seen changes in store policies and procedures. The staff is tops they are helpful and knowledgeable and if they don’t know they get someone who does. The paint I will pay attention as that is the customers responsibility. The manager has to follow owners rules some I agree some disagree but at the end of the day his doing his job. So before you jump the guns and leave a bad review ask yourself is this management or a dedicated manager following his bosses rules? We all have a boss. And praise the lord for faithful, dedicated and loyal employees. If you want quality service come visit Ace today 9 out of 10 you will find what you’re looking for.
