I went in at around 4 pm on a Wednesday. At that time, there were hardly any customers. I was able to go right to the counter without any wait and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when getting the parts that I needed.

Finally! A retail store that has managers and employees who still understands the importance of going above and beyond for their customers. I am so elated to make this post because my elderly mother had a very scary experience with her car battery today. However, the wonderful professionals at this location took such great care of her, were patient, explained everything that was going on with her vehicle, and helped her to get the issues resolved. Initially, she went to AutoZone, but they would not assist her because her situation could have caused some bodily injuries as well as damage to her vehicle.But Mr. Alfred stepped up, put her at ease and took such great care of my mother. Additionally, we initially thought that my mother did not get a receipt, so I called back to the store and asked to speak to the manager, and the young man who answered the telephone, was quite delightful, and patched me right through to the manager. I spoke with Miss Jennifer and explained the situation asking for a duplicate receipt. She Looked the transaction up in the system and told me that my mother could come and pick it up as soon as she wanted to. This level of Customer Service is unheard of these days. Most often, it seems like people in the service industry have absolutely no desire to actually help people. However, that is not the experience at this Advance Auto Parts. Hence, the reason that my mother went to this location is because of an exceptional experience that my sister had recently with Mr. Alfred as well. So, this is not just a one-off situation whereas excellent customer service was provided. This is simply what they do at this location. Great job, Miss Jennifer, Mr. Alfred and Advance Auto Parts team!

Had a flat pulled up w no money and this man AL got us set and right brought his own jack, etc and talked us through changing a tire. Over all experience was great wish I could tip a man.

I came in the store looking for a Fuse indicator light. A fuse was blown in my car, The power outlet. When I walked in Anyae greeted me warmly. I remember him helping me a few months ago too, Very nice and knowledgeable. I told him my concerns and he walked outside to check my fuse box. He checked my fuses and found one blown. I also told him I had to have two jumps in two weeks. I decided to buy a fuse and battery. He replaced the fuse and installed the battery. I felt I was in great hands. I will continue to come here for all my car needs. I will tell everyone. Thanks Anyae!

I went in for a bottle of coolant, after asking a few questions about some co ncerns I had, the customer service rep Benny followed me out to my car, where he discovered an oil leak & a belt that was off track. He spent 10 minutes pulling it back on track, but needed more assistance for a small under section of the belt.Instead of letting me just leave and find a mechanic, he then went inside to get another employee by the name of Anyae to come assist him. The 2 of them then soent the next 20 minutes putting my bekt back on, filling my overflow with coolant & advising me of how to track my oil leak.I'm SUPER grateful for these 2 Men! I'm new here to the area and IDK anyone in town, it was refreshing to have a little help from 2 good Samaritans eho happen to be on the clock at the time!

Shout out to the worker yesterday that didn't want to work yesterday. From walking in the store...he was finishing a conversation on the phone. Perfectly normal. But to get off the phone didn't address me just looked at me. I then proceed to say what I was there for (check engine light being on) so I wanted them to hook the computer up to get what the message was. He smirked and sarcastically said "sure I can." I then wanted to tell him don't worry about it because I saw the unprofessionalism coming through. But I stayed, I needed this. He walks out, hooks it up then says "i need the lights, and things to come on without starting the car. Okay, it's a push start, i just got the car and it's my first push start. I don't know how to make those functions happen without "starting" the car. I explain this and here comes the nonchalant attitude again..."i don't know either I've never had a new car"....what the heck does that have to do with anything! I said okay, thanks. Because it's always a better way to handle and speak to customers. It wasn't the issue that it may couldn't be done or that he didn't know how its about the customer service and my friend HE DID NOT HAVE IT! I started to come back with my husband but we decided to let it go. But he was definitely spared twice from a tongue lashing. Treat people like people especially when you work with the public!
