In 4 years living in Columbus, I've had only mediocre to bad experiences with almost every type of service business here. Alboes was an amazing departure from all those bad experiences. They jumped on my crashed computer, replaced and upgraded defective and outdated components, moved all of my programs and data to new internal hard drives, and reinstalled and checked my computer at my home. I'm thrilled and stunned to have found a company that does amazing work at a fair price. 5-Stars and A+

From Auburn/Opelika and man I wish we had a store like this in my area! Great team; very friendly and knowledgeable! Had a great few minutes looking around the store. Perfect selection of highly desired PC parts and they also offer services for an existing system as well. Will be back when I am ready to move on something! Go see them!

Best customer service I've ever had at any computer repair shop or otherwise. They worked with me to identify hardware problems, were exceptionally knowledgeable, and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. Kevin was extremely thorough and shockingly fast with the staggering number of repairs I needed. He did a week's worth of repairs in 2 days and to top it off the entire experience cost me about 1/3 what I expected. I'll never go anywhere else to have work done again....Also don't buy anything from Cyberpower PC unless you hate yourself, have these professionals do a custom build for you instead.

Nice enough team of staff. They weren't able to assist with a printer issue. Their recommendation was to trash it. It was a fairly new HP that kept registering a paper jam. They did make a recommendation of the best printers to consider, Epson or Brother.

Kevin’s a pretty cool and knowledgeable guy. Helped me wire up the rest of my PC and sold me an excellent GPU. Gave me advice on how to wire a hub to my fans to get the RGB flowing. Will be doing business with these guys for future builds.

Brought in an old external hard drive for my gaming console, and they worked very hard and tried multiple methods to recover the data on it, and when those unfortunately didn’t work, did not charge me for the labor. Forthright, honest, hardworking
