After going in for an appointment and doing my trial for contact lenses, I called to order my contacts and was told I'd have to come back in to order them because they can't be ordered over the phone since I'd be using insurance (which I used at my appointment). How does this make sense??? Very inconvenient. The initial appointment took over an hour and now I'll have to make ANOTHER trip to order my contacts and ANOTHER trip to get them. Very poor customer service.

Dr. Christopher Stephenson was very rude and impatient. His demeanor was rude and unprofessional. I felt rushed and like an inconvenience to his time .

Made an appointment and went to the desk, told them I had tricare. No one asked for my card or said anything. Waited 25 mins to get called for my appointment. Asked if they would check my insurance first (since they didn't when I walked in and told them I had tricare) handed over my tricare card for them to say they Dont take tricare. I Dont understand why I wasn't told that from the start of coming in. Wasted 25 mins of my life to just walk out. How can this be America’s Best when they do not support the troops?

Be aware on pricing. Even with insurance these people want to charge up and not help their customers. My copay was supposed to be only $5 but they managed to charge me more for fitting. When that service was never done because I ordered my contacts online therefore that service would have never been done no matter what. I did not wanted that service at all but yet they still charged me for it. Please just be aware of pricing. They are overpriced. Also didn't give me my prescription until I payed. Those hidden fees will get you.

My visit was awesome. No long wait time. The physician was great when explaining everything and Ms. Angie was very thorough and she took her time and gave me the finishing touches to a magnificent experience.

My honest to God true review. Overall they're friendly, fast & professional. But, the add ons that they will push on you if you aren't paying full attention will balloon the price outrageously. $2-300 more so please go in knowing exactly what u want & don't agree to no extra. They aren't in the business of getting you out of there cheap as they can it's definitely about the $.

Dr Stephenson is so thorough in his exam. I was very happy. On the negative side, Quincy was in such a rush, looking at his watch multiple times, decided it was time for his shift to end. Quincy abruptly gave us to Xavier. What a knowledgeable, courteous and friendly representative! I'm sure hoping Xavier gets the commission for our glasses. Haley helped Xavier to expedite our purchase. We will be returning, just NOT going to deal with Quincy!
