I initially thought he was honest and veteran-friendly. We had no written agreement—everything was verbal—and he went back on our arrangement when it came time to pay. When I arrived to settle the bill, he wasn’t even there; he was at a doctor’s appointment. The next day, he increased the price, claiming there were fees for my car being there, which we had never discussed or agreed to. Our original agreement was completely different. This lack of transparency and integrity is disappointing, especially from someone I trusted.

Anytime, I need brake pads or anything rather it be a small job or a big one, Anderson Auto is Always Professional, Reliable, and Affordable!!! The quality of the work done is top notch, and unlike other shops that slow play just to run up the labor charge, this busn Does Not! And being a female, it is extremely rare to find a auto busn, that doesnt try to take advantage. They are Always Respectful and Honest! Please give this family owned and operated small busn a chance! I promise you will not regret it!

Forever grateful to these people. Alternator went out on a road trip and figured it would be over. They had me back on the road within 2 hours and only charged me for the part. If I could give more stars I would.

Ridiculously unprofessional and unethical 1000 percent. I was ran out of the business for absolutely zero reason other than they did not want to hear what I had to say, after they did a terrible job replacing my transmission and telling me the issues were already there and trespassed me from the property. I was cussed at and threatened with legalities, should mention I was told to come back if there was issues with the car, did just that and showed up got told I'm stupid basically and what I was saying was irrelevant, silverrock auto warranty plans to stop contracting with them after this situation and honestly the business should be shut down the doors on the bathroom are barely on the frame and all the staff, particularly a woman named Connie and an old man with glasses are super unprofessional and don't listen to the customer whatsoever, they all have bad attitudes and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there.

Unsatisfied. What hour !? I was there for 30 minutes and freon don't cost no $100 let alone 10 minutes of labor. I felt unhappy when you told the secretary it was that simple $210( I felt like had been scammed). I was unhappy with that amount and $10 for a processing fee for using my card OMĢ (ridiculous) all I wanted was to get it checked, it takes longer than 20 minutes to service a ac. I Paid you a big price for a small service less than a hour. You convinced me to never do business with you again.

We found this shop by pure accident looking for someone better to work on our mini cooper. I grew up with cars and working on cars and can tell you hands down if you are looking for an honest, fair and amazing shop you should absolutely trust these guys. Dexter is phenomenal and so knowledgeable about working on cars as is all the staff we have met. Connie is super friendly in the office and does everything she promises. If anyone tells you they are going to do something they absolutely do it and in the time they tell you they will do it. We have been so impressed and feel so fortunate to find such an amazing place to take our cars. We will absolutely keep coming back.

Took my car here and was treated with the upmost respect the entire time my vehicle was there. They had my car in and out in a timely manner, and took care of all my problems and then some. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a great shop. Very friendly and do great work. I wish I had found them sooner, I could have saved thousands on repairs on a previous truck I had. Any new repairs I need done I will be coming here.
