They handled the delivery of my HHG for the military. I liked how they were able to accommodate me and deliver my belongings within the week. I don’t like how they shoved a house-worth of all my boxes and furniture into a tiny apartment where I essentially had to jump and climb to move around. They were also required to unbox and build my furniture and remove all debris same day. They didn’t do that. My number one issue is that they left screws and parts to my furniture scattered all over the parking lot and landing. It’s been about 4 days and I’m still finding screws out in the parking lot. One of my screws is jammed between the wood boards of the landing. I’ve had to spend my own money to go buy screws to put my furniture together, and throw away a lot of other things because I just wanted to get this over with. After they left, there was packing paper and tape everywhere. They left a complete mess behind.

Thank you so much for the very hard work that you did! We had a tremendous amount to move and Rico, Christopher and Jaqwan did an amazing job. They are all extremely professional, courteous and work very quickly. They answered all questions and helped in every way possible. This team really impressed us and made our difficult move much easier! I hope they get a raise, because they deserve it!

Shon, Jackie and Jacob were phenomenal. They packed everything with care. On load our load day. They weren't suppose to be working. But they all came back and loaded the goods when the original driver could not...working overtime. I truly appreciate them.

Jacquline and Shon did our pack out today. They did a phenomenal and sufficient job. We had zero issues. They both were very nice and fun to talk to. I would request these two amazing ladies for your packing. They did an excellent job for us!! I am very pleased.

they sound great, but are completely unreliable! was told they would be at the house between 11-1 to crate and move a pool table. moving guys were there at 9, sat at the house waiting for 5 hours on crate guys. crate guys didn’t show until 4pm. then was told they couldn’t finish job because it was raining. $1500 for a job NOT DONE! was told everything would be done today, crated, moved and reassembled at new home… NOT!!!

I have to say that in my 20 years in the army this was by far the most pleasant move! Even as a retiree. Jackie and Shon were the absolute best. They came and crushed it. Had plenty of good conversation and were beyond efficient. If you get 2 packers ask for Jackie and Shon. You will not be disappointed.

Apple Moving packed and loaded our house in Alabama for a military move and I couldn't be more shocked at the outstanding service we received. I was hesitant reading the reviews so I paid close attention to make sure there wasn't theft, neglect to the care of our items, and damage to our house. They called the first day and let us know there was a slight delay but were still coming to pack. Packers were polite, packed fairly quickly but not at the expense of our items. Every box was properly labeled and the entirety of our 2,000 sq ft house was packed in a single day. Loaders came and loaded boxes, broke down furniture and larger items, and were delicate and organized the entire time. Overall everyone was properly prepared with supplies ( boxes, tape, markers, hardware bags ).
We have a ton of glassware and outside toys ( bikes, slides, power wheels, etc ). We unpacked our household goods in Kansas and NOTHING is missing and we had ONE chipped margarita glass, that was in the middle of a dishware box.
I'm honestly shocked and surprised anyone else has had a bad experience because I would use them for any future moves if ever able.
Thank you for outstanding service and valuing my belongings as I wanted.

The movers were polite and professional but they packed HORRIBLY. Many things were broken upon arrival, one of the legs to our bed frames was missing, hoses and my vacuum were shoved in my freezer ?. Very unorganized.

Would give zero stars if I could. The first day of packing went fine other than the fact that they didn’t get much packed. Completely new packers came the second day and got the rest packed but not without me having to remind them several times through out the day things needed to be packed. At the end of the second day all our bathrooms didn’t get packed, end tables weren’t emptied, mattress covers weren’t left for the loaders to put on, boxes were left untaped and not marked and not inventoried. Loaders were supposed to be here between 10am-Noon today and didn’t show up until 5:15pm….if my husband hadn’t made phone calls to transportation earlier in the day we would have never heard from the loaders or anyone about what was going on. They also sent a truck to small for our goods, so not only are they going to be here all night loading what they can in this truck but they are sending a completely different truck another day to pick up what’s left. Just wanted to share our experience
