“Went to the Heritage Art Center for an amazing art show. The space is cute. It has a lot of potential for smaller events with a main room and a smaller room to its right. If there were a little kitchen built in, I could see this space being used for many types of events.”
“I love the Bo Bartlett Center. They put on such incredible shows and draw amazing artists and their work to Georgia allowing me to see some of my absolute favorite contemporary paintings that I never thought I would get a chance to see. ? We are talking phenomenal art, here! You don't even have to go to New York!
You can leisurely walk down Columbus River walk and see Bo Bartlett's world renown work any time they are open, for free! You might even get lucky and catch a day when Betsy Eby is playing her piano in the gallery, perhaps next to one of her beautiful encaustic paintings. You could go to one of their monthly figure drawing classes... Also free! ( Thank goodness! Because the first time I was there I had $0 and was about to be homeless myself... but I got to see work from artistic superstars, who I had longed to see in person for years and it was an absolute light in my life)
Bo Bartlett Center provides support and art supplies/classes to the homeless, as well as local school children.
I am so excited to see what they do next!”
“Mr. Dickey should be your first choice for framing and other art-related needs. He returned my first call, met with me conveniently, and got two large pieces framed perfectly framed by the next day. Great guy who I enjoyed meeting and will go to again if I ever need more art.”
“Two Sisters Gallery is the best place for framing in the area. There is a wide variety of frame choices available and the staff is very helpful. There is also original art for sale along with nice gift items. Stop by Two Sister Gallery, you will be delighted.”
