The worst place ever, just close down already I've been waiting on my retainers for a month and a half now and not once these people call to tell me they need another scan I had to call them to see what's taking so long very very unprofessional when I already paid these folks 300 dollars for something I can't receive now I got to wait another month to get my stuff, very upsetting I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place once my retainers come I would never step in this place again.

I must say the staff is amazing. Now, the problems... This day their systems went out twice. I arrived for my 1:30pm appointment and waited from 2:30pm - 4pm to be seem after x-rays. Then sat with business manager at 4:50pm to be told I had to get a release from my radiation oncologist before I can be treated - - - advised me "it'll be next Wednesday." (I was there on Thursday.) I went to Aspen after scheduling my appointment at 2AM the night before because my molar, (that I was advised is cracked in three places has my jaw throbbing!!) I did get a pain killer& antibiotic prescription. (YAY!) But, the worst part was their waiting room is ARCTIC COLD!! OMG!! It was ridiculously cold!! I thought Aspen (per the web ad) offered "emergency dental care?" I wish my experience was better. I hate to give lackluster reviews... Hope when I go back next Wednesday they'll up the thermostat and their systems will function properly. Needless to say, I'm in pain and disappointed at the moment.

Terrible patient care. Wife had a partial (very expensive and dental surgery) less than a year after getting the permanent partial a tooth came off the front. She called and scheduled an appointment to have the partial repaired. After, taking x-rays and doing an oral exam they start telling her cost of cleaning and other services. She stated I came to have my partial fixed and they stated that they have to perform these other services since it was longer than 6 months. When I got involved they said they could fix the partial but she would have to schedule another appointment which was an hour later to do impressions and give them another 2 hours to repair them. I refuse to go here for my teeth because I had a similar experience where I scheduled a cleaning and then they told me that it required $1000 of other work to get an annual cleaning and that is even with dental insurance. So after waiting the hour for the next appointment it took them another 2 hours to repair while we waited. We set at this office from 10 am the scheduled appointment time until 3 pm and the excuses we got was it is our procedure, we are understaffed, people are at lunch and we are busy with walk-ins. Well if someone calls and says my partial is broken, procedure should be to schedule an impression and not an hour and a half of x-rays and exams to then schedule a 2nd appointment for the actual work which the client called to have done. BYW when the wife decided to go ahead and schedule the cleaning and other services that your hygienist recommended, your office staff was too busy to set up the appointment and asked her to call beck another day to schedule that!

Had a terrible experience here during my appointment. These people are extremely unprofessional.My appointment was interrupted while a staff member, (McKenzie) had her hands in my mouth, to essentially berate me about my insurance information. After my appointment, I was stuck there for almost two hours as they tried to call my insurance for verification. These people have my entire life story in their computers, they know how to contact me. Interrupting my appointment and wasting my time after my appointment was immensely unprofessional.The staff also don’t wear scrubs or any form of medical clothing when attending to you. This is unsanitary.The bathroom at this place is also disgusting and unsanitary, especially for a place offering health and wellness services. I have been inside questionable gas stations with cleaner bathrooms, this is concerning.The staff addressed me by first name multiple times after being instructed to address me by my last name. I am not friends, acquaintances, nor colleagues with anyone at aspen dental. Nor are we peers. I am a customer here to receive a service, and I deserve the respect of being addressed by a name I prefer. The first name basis is unprofessional, and to continue to call me by my first name after repeatedly telling you not to is flat out wrong. It’s passive aggressive and patronizing at best and micro aggressive at worst. I did not feel comfortable during my appointment due to this blatant disrespect. There is a power dynamic between patient and attendant, and neglecting to follow a patient’s wishes is abuse of this power, no matter how small or frivolous the infraction may seem.I will never be back to this or any aspen dental in the future.

Aspen dental is awesome. The people there are professional ,and very nice. They make you feel like family, and they really care.They were very thorough and the prices for services are the best .I highly recommend Aspen Dental

All employees and DRs were very kind and eficient at their jobs Even during the last weeks of being able to use 2023 insurance benefits! God bless them!!!
