My mom gives 5 stars to Mr. Dexter & Mr. Steve (Technicians). They were very professional and well mannered and they took the time to come from out of town to help with her machine . And thank you ?? for getting my mom’s at home concentrator back working the right way. We have been given the run around for weeks at the office with Billy and our phone calls not being answered by him. Glad we finally got the help that she need now she can continue with her day to day activities

Rick Lingo and his entire staff is always professionaland knowledgeable . I trust what they tell me . They assisted me with my Mother’s needs. Rick is now giving me guidance in helping a client with their needs too . I highly recommend them to others .

Hands down the worst company ever!!! The manager is the worst Billy does not help anyone you call and call and he never call you back!! Caitlyn is never in the office when I call and I leave A message with the young lady in the front which is very rude I think Her name is Savannah if I can Remember correctly and never get a call back. I can Say that when I get Dawn she goes above and beyond to assist me with getting the cpap supplies for my mom for me. The black girl that use to work in the front was the best employee one of the most friendliest along with Brandon. I’m not sure what type of business this is but it’s the worst!!! I 100% do not recommend. This company needs a whole new staff especially manager!

Overall great experience at At Home Medical. From being greeted by Savannah at the front desk, to Caitlyn helping with all of my CPAP needs. Being a disabled Veteran, it's hard finding quality customer service for Healthcare needs, but that comes standard at At Home Medical.

My 77 year old father went to At Home Medical today in need of a power supply for his CPAP. The employees were very rude and did not offer to help him at all. He then went to Lincare who did not have it as well but they were super friendly and helpful. He ended up at Georgia Medical and they were very friendly and he was able to pick up the power supply and they didn’t even charge him. Shame on you At Home! I’m a nurse and I will make sure all of my medical friends know not to refer their patients to you!

Brandon was great! We needed a wheelchair to get us back home and he was helpful and knowledgable. He did not rush us as we came in near closing time and stayed and helped us get everything figured out.

they were supposed to deliver a lift chair on Friday afternoon. Called Thursday and Friday (2x) confirming the delivery. Thursday they said someone would call me back. That never happened. Friday they kept saying it’s on a delivery truck and would be delivered. Never delivered. Needed it for Sunday - they are closed on the weekends. And the kicker is that they still charged my card. Do not work with them

Worst customer service ever especially in a situation where someone is on oxygen life support! A certain technician is so rude and condescending on multiple occasions. If you have a choice, DO NOT choose this company!

We paid ahead for everything ordered for a 91 yr old that couldn’t walk. They promised to deliver the next day and 5 days later they still had not delivered any of it. No bed, no wheelchair, nothing. Each day they promised they were bringing it that day. 5 days we did not have the necessary equipment to take care of her.

My 72 year old mother needs oxygen after recent hospital stay. I called and gave them all of our information and I was assured that they would be at our house the same day to deliver oxygen cans. After calling back the second day that the oxygen was not delivered I was told by a part time employee that she was the only person there other than one delivery man and no one could bring oxygen to my house until tomorrow. I was told that the work order was not in the system. They offered to stay late so I could come pick it up & when I told them I have Covid they took back the offer I called after hours because a storm was coming and the news said there would be tornados and power outages. I asked them to bring oxygen to my house. I was told the supervisor said NO, I HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL THE MORNING because I was offered to come pick it up. This is unacceptable!!! WHERE IS THE SERVICE???? Tomorrow I will find another company to provide my mother with oxygen.

I wish I could leave a zero, I called 3 or4 times to get a lift chair delivered I was kind of really not being told why it was not delivered until today, today I was told it was delivered to the wrong person and with covid and the flu I am really upset and disappointed
