I went to the store in Midland, GA and had the very best experience with Courtney, who was patient with me and helped me step by step through a billing issue! I will be back and hope to see Courtney again!!

She really did help me out one representative mess all three of my lines all the way up and I was told for days I couldn’t get it fixed. I came in and she fixed it within 45 minutes.

On 7/22/24, this location sold a Iphone 15 pro and charged our account. The Manager stated that they scanned an ID of someone who had forged my wife's driver's license. We called ATT and the corporate office refused to refund the fee for the phone. So we are cancelling the charge with AMEX. We are filing a police report and waiting for the video footage of the "person" who presented my wife's ID (according to the manager). We are likely going to sue the Store's Owner as well as naming ATT in the suit for not verifying that the person who bought the phone was my wife.

I was at the store like 4 times, waiting my time, I promise my self to never give them my business! I when there to try to trade in my phone, first time they was busy with other customers, so I said I will back another day I did it againI come back again and they was busy and a guy name Paul told me they was busy, I come to the
store early morning before I was going to work, a was no one there so I when to the front and a guys who I don’t know who he is I told him that I need help, and I told him I been at the store before and he said I haven’t see you, anyway I don’t need to lie, so he call somebody her name is Cali, and I was not able to do it because a was getting late to go to work, I give her my number and I ask her to provide all the information that I requested, she never did, so I comeback to the store and again that guy Paul told me come not tomorrow he will be off, and I said ok but I get off at 7 but I can be there at 7:10 or 7:15 and that is exactly what I did, to find out that he was not there and they told me that they stop trading phone after 7” I really don’t understand why they could take care something so simple? And why this guy Paul have to lie to me! Bad customer service period!

Eddie and Courtney were awesome!😎 They were great! Friendly knowledgeable and patient!
So patient. I had to go home and get my iPad, so it was a great experience even though I wasn’t prepared!
The store is a great hidden gem, only open for 1 years but nobody knows it!
Love the personal service they had time to show us! It was like being back in the 90’s the customer service was that great!
Eddie and Courtney keep doing what you’re doing cuz it’s working!

This was the most customer friendly ATT in the Columbus GA area. Patrick was very well versed in the phones that we were looking at and took time to explain differences. Thank you so much Patrick for a great experience.

The employees at this location are awful and the least helpful associates I’ve ever met. My husband and I have been into this location twice and the same girl, who was recently promoted to a manager, is sitting at the front eating snacks, and never understands what we’re asking for. AT&T should have saved their money and never opened up this location.
