Went on there today with the ONLY intention of getting a replacement SIM card. After an hour and a half, I'd been the second one storming out cursing there incompetence. They wasted a whole lot of my time with trying to sell me services then just simply replacing my SIM card. Some bull crap.

Came in at 2:40 and waited to be seen at 3:58 only to be told at 4:15 they couldn’t help me. The customer service here is terrible. Didn’t seemed like they cared at all to help ppl as quickly as possible. I do not recommend.

Very unorganized sign in system. People who walked in after me ended up being signed in before me just because the reps didn’t see me. Three reps walked right past me, I had been waiting for 20 minutes before anyone checked me in.

Went in there today and received the worst service. Store manager is a joke and feels like he should have to work. I will not be going back. Please save yourself time and go somewhere else as they’ll let you sit around and wait for hours just to purchase an item.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff walked around looking clueless. I was there for over an hour an still no one helped me. So I left, I’ll keep the phone provider that I have. They will never get my business.

I was charged an expensive service fee, that I wasn't aware of, after buying a phone outright in cash. I'm very angry over the service fee and will probably leave at&t as soon as my contract is up in a few months.

This store is the absolute worst based on customer service alone. I walked in and no one said “how are you doing?” or “we’ll be with you shortly”. As a former retail manager, this is just sad. You all need to improve on your serving skills.
