I have had AT&T for a year. No problems so far at all. I experienced maybe one outage and things were back up in no time.

Been without service 6 days. Sheeduled appointment for service today between 8 and 12. It's 1230 and No one has come. Customer service is useless and that's being nice. Please go somewhere else if possible

By far the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had dealing with a company when it comes to internet. Not only did I always have to do EVERYTHING over the phone because there were no locations I could go to, but 98 percent of the time when I had to speak with someone the language barrier was insane! I was charged for months of service I never even had service with them and guess what happened when I CALLED to ask why I was still recieving a bill for an account that was inactive? NOTHING AT ALL. Not only could they not explain the reason I was being billed when I did not have service with them, but the language barrier was so bad that the person kept offering to set me up a payment arrangement which is pretty comical. I honestly never wrote reviews unlessI feel they are absolutely necessary and this one was without a doubt. If you're looking for an internet provider....RUN FROM ATT!!!
