The service was awful and I was told different stories on the repairs. I carried the est from my insurance company. I was told they would call me when the parts come in now they did do that. Set an appointment and carried it in at 730 on a Monday. EST was a 6 hr job for a front bumper on a 2021 Ram. Now it’s 7 working days later and no truck contacted dealer and was told had to order another grill they had the wrong one. Now reading other negative reviews they were answered by contacting the manager and make suggestions on how they can do better. If they really cared they would be calling the customer Best at what I can say is the is a joke if a company.

Best customer service in the business. Everyone that worked there was super kind in very sincere and helpful. The work my car needed was easy and this company made it even easier and almost enjoyable considering I had to pay out of pocket LOL

They had to order more parts for the vehicle twice and still didn't get all the parts ordered. They said it would be a week and I picked the car up one day short of three weeks. Then I was charged almost 1,300.00 dollars than what the estimate was for.☹️

They do not keep you up dated my vehicle has been then for a month and I’ve yet to hear from them unless I call and then I feel as if I’m getting the run around about parts that were ordered they tell me they made it then I call the parts still need to be delivered like which one is it the waiting period is nothing wat I was told

Clint Fuller at Auto Nation was wonderful. He made sure I was always updated on the status of my car, stayed in touch with my insurance, and made sure my car came back to me all fixed up. Thank you so much for making a bad situation so much better.

This place has been playing in our face for almost two months. When we finally get it in for repairs, we are told that it’s going to take twice as long as estimated because they did not order the replacement fog lamp…. We took it there to literally have this lamp replaced. There is no excuses about this, it seems like they were trying to save money by reusing a faulty part they thought they could salvage. We were quoted for this part in our estimate, but they claimed that this was something added due to additional damage. Sounds like they were trying to charge us for parts and labor they didn’t order or perform only to have to backtrack it. If that wasn’t the case, the parts would have been ready to go per the estimate. The front desk person is also extremely rude, and ghetto for lack of better words. We came here because of insurance, but I would never give this business my hard earned money and wouldn’t recommend others to do the same

Autonation Collision repaired my 2015 Honda Civic driver's door after a deer accident in November. I discovered that the locking mechanism had stopped working. I left messages with manager and the intake lady. Many times I was told that he was not in and that he was on vacation. This is baloney and an unprofessional response Do Not give them your business!!
