My appointment was at 9am. I was told the service would take 1.5 hours or a little bit longer so I waited. After 1.5 hours I checked and my suv was in the place were I put it. I was told it was next. I was there almost 3 hours. I was given excuses and was told they would compensate me by covering the air filter charge.
Charles told me when my suv was ready that he would email me the paperwork. And that if I gave him excellent reviews he would give me a tank of gas. I never received the paperwork. I called twice and left messages with no response. The third time I called the woman who answered the phone sent me the paperwork but it was not complete. It said what they were going to do but not actually what was completed. They told me I needed new tires. I just bought this suv from autonation new in 202r. What kind of cheap assed tires did they put on it. I only have 27,000 miles. I'm very unhappy with this Honda dealership. I had problems when I bought the suv and now I'm having problems with service. I keep getting flyers from Honda about the air filter so I wonder if they even changed it

Best experience I have had. After 9 visits to 2 other auto repair places, with no results, Auto Nation found the issue in 10 minutes! Customer service was outstanding and she didnt 'push' me for additional services, just let me know what was a probability in the future. They weren't major issues, so that was a relief. Kuddos to Honda, my car is FINALLY running smoothly and quiet.

Had some warranty work done. Booked an appt, dropped the car off the night before, service person (Sammy?) kept in contact via text and all work was done in one day.
So why did I give this a 5* when this should just be the standard (and the standard is 4* on my ranking)?
Because its the first time in years I've brought my car to a dealer service dept that DIDN'T try to upsell me on several different services, and I appreciate that! Also, the sales people didn't call me the next day asking me to consider trading in my car.

On August 31st I got my car (2019 Honda accord) serviced at this dealership. I was told I needed a brand new turbocharger, so they went ahead and replaced it. I paid over 2,000 and I picked up my supposedly fixed vehicle. The following Tuesday - July 5th I went to my routine oil change place and they instantly informed me there was coolant leaking all around the turbocharger and that my entire coolant container was out. I then reached out to Honda and explained what was going on. They expected me back in that Thursday. I brought my vehicle and they caught the issue, a failed seal. I then had to schedule ANOTHER appointment to get the vehicle fixed. Mind you during this entire process the so called “manager” did not bother reaching out to apologize or own up to Honda’s mistake, I am also making an hour drive back and forth to this dealership. I was told he wanted to speak to me since this was a bring back for their mistake, never once did he reach out, which I find VERY unprofessional. I asked for some sort of compensation whether that be a tank of gas or a free oil change, just something for my troubles. My advisor Samantha told me she spoke to her manager and heard nothing back on my input. I came today Saturday August 9th and picked up my car completely fixed now (at least I hope). No charge and no compensation from the company. I had the sweetest most understanding adviser - Samantha. She was very apologetic and sent me gas money from HER pocket, which was very sweet and I told her various times she did not have to do that as this was not her fault but Honda’s. What’s very frustrating to me is the manager did not reach out to me the customer, no apology, no nothing. This Honda dealership should definitely see about getting a new manager because as of now that have lost a valued customer at this location. I have contacted corporate and filed a report as well. Been coming to this dealership since moving from Michigan. Ther service department is great. They get you in and out. The reps are great. I have been working with Andrew the last few times and he is great. Even the guys in the back, they went over and beyond to help me with my glove department that got broke from someone trying to break into it. They are amazing. Highly recommend!

Brought it my car for a pre purchase inspection. They did a thorough inspection and special call out to Advisor Mr Andrew. He is very passionate about cars and readily answered all doubts about the maintenance and service schedule of my car.

I brought my car in for specific issues that required parts to be ordered. I only have two complaints with the service. The first was that I had to visit the dealership again to confirm the parts had arrived because the service rep who ordered the parts was out sick. Another rep verified the parts were ready, and immediately set up the replacement work. The car was ready shortly after noon the same day. The other, minor complaint is that I would have liked a more extensive review of all of the ordered parts, just to confirm the reasons for replacement. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
