The sales department was respectfully and patient. All of the questions I had were answered. The service department walked me through all vehicle questions I had after checking the vehicle out. I was content with my experience!

I left my vehicle to be repaired and I come to pick it up and someone has scraped the passenger side of the mirror,damaged it and the trim over the tire fender also the front bottom is scratched

Normally I gloss over any issues I have during a car service appt., but I can't anymore. I got several Recall notices from Jeep about two recall issues with my Grand Cherokee. When I called in, I made a point of telling the appointment setter what the recalls were and the recall numbers. That done when I got to my appointment I was told (we can fix one, but we will have order parts for the other. DON'T waste my time!!! When a customer calls in with specific repair information it should be checked BEFORE!!! an appointment is set up so that the Service department can actually do the repair parts ready when the customer comes in! It is a major safety hazard type Recall repair that I now have to wait for the dealer to call me to set up yet another appointment. A simple fix to the appointment system would solve this issue. The appointment office should be able to coordinate with Service and the Parts departments when it is known that parts will be needed for the repair appointment.UPDATE: Thanks to an alert staff (and Parts department) at Autonation the parts for my Recall repair were quickly found and I have already been in for the repair.A BIG thank you to Autonation for responding to this review so quickly and resolving the issue I faced.
