I was very impressed with the service. I was in and out within 2 hours. They even texted me a picture of the cabin air filter that I needed to replaced. I will be back the next time my truck needed to be serviced.

They tried to get me to by a new set of tires. They stated I had chunks of rubber come out of my tires. I declined. When I picked up my car, I had my bf check my tires. There is no chunks missing .

I’ve been taking my 2018 jeep grand Cherokee here for over 3 years. It’s always been great service! All of the associates are kind and helpful. Robert has taken great of me and my vehicle.
Yes it’s a bit more pricey but I’m happy to pay a bit more for great service. I would recommend them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

I took my Jeep to the Service Department at Auto Nation in North Columbus last week.
It was a great experience. They are courteous and knowledgeable. They are friendly and in my case they always go the "extra mile" to help me feel secure in regards of leaving my vehicle in their hands.
The Service Manager, Tayler and the Service Representative Heidi were wonderful. I had to leave the Jeep overnight with them and it was ready as I was told the following day and the problems that I was having with the Jeep were repaired. It is always a really good experience going to the service department in Auto Nation in North Columbus. Georgia!

The oil change was quick and I have no problems with it. I gave it a 4 because the web page is a little misleading. It gives a list of what’s included in that list it says filling DEF fluid. The price was a little less than what’s on the web page. The DEF was not topped off, when I questioned that they said they reduce the price and don’t do it. I thought they might be doing a promotion which would explain the slightly lower price. In my opinion it shouldn’t be listed as “included” if there is a up charge. Later the same day after having done the oil change at my appointment time I get a text telling me my appointment was cancelled???

I need to find somewhere else to take my vehicle....
I went in person to make an appointment and stood there for a while before greeted and asked about the reason for my visit. No, there were no other customers. The day of my appointment I was asked to leave it there for 24-48 hours so they could conduct a 30-minute test. Since my appointment was for the check engine light, I assume it was for more than 30 minutes and refused to leave my vehicle. Everything is digital now, so I get a text from the mechanic with a video of the inspection results. I went to the service desk to ask when I was going to get a summary of the faults and the estimated cost of repairs, the response was "you have it". No, I do not, check my phone yourself. Ok, now you just sent it since I caught you in a lie, thanks. My dashboard indicated my oil was 54% from needing a change, but they recommended it anyway.....for $179.44 despite the listed price of $105. The service rep had no idea why the report indicated an oil change was needed, nor could he explain the price mark-up other than "he'd take care of me". The rep had no idea why the inspection indicated a steering problem, but had a lot of guesses. It took the service manager to say "let's just call the mechanic and see why he red-checked that item". It gets better! There were THREE mileage-based services valued at $704.59 that I had done less than 10k ago that they tried to sell me AGAIN! Obviously, I was a little upset by then and stepped away to make a phone call about my tires that were reported as dry-rotted after 27k miles. I hope you're still reading cuz this is the best part....as I walked back to his service counter, I overheard the conversation he was having with the next customer and it was about me!!!! The customer he was discussing me with had no idea of the lies I caught him telling at my last service, nor that the information he gave me about my tire warranty was wrong. They abruptly stopped talking as soon as I got in line and neither said another word for the following 5 minutes it took him to close her ticket. My calmly asked questions did not warrant this rudeness. He could've said many different things, like "I'd be asking questions too if the system tried to charge me an extra $700".
