I recently interacted with a representative at your autozone, and unfortunately her customer service was miserable. Despite my questions, she seemed dismissive and uninterested, failing to provide helpful solutions. Her attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Improvement in communication and empathy would greatly benefit your customers.

I wish the system would allow me to put a no star for my experience I had at the AutoZone, 3580 Victory Dr, Columbus, GA. The worst AutoZone in the city and I have been to many and had no problems. Lady at the front first register was very loud and rude to two guys that didn’t speak great English. I stood in line 15 minutes and listened to her making rude remarks and seeing her make inappropriate gestures. All that action was not called for. Then when she called me to the counter I asked for a free scan she tells me that it’s going to be a minute and she walks off but she didn't have any customers like the other Reps. I believed she maybe a manager because she told a coworker that she needed them back quickly as he walked outside. If you are a manager your leadership and customers service are lacking. Lead by example. I went right across the highway to Advance Auto Parts and got my free scan with no drama or problem. Hopefully the higher will move her to the back warehouse area and away from us customers.

Excellent customer service. I purchased some bright lights for my car, the gentleman installed the lights for me. After driving around I realized they weren't bright enough. I went back to the the store and exchanged for the LED lights I should have got in the first place. The gentlemen were very nice and patient with me! Also installed the LED as well! Thank you. A satisfied customer

This AutoZone specifically always takes great care of me Tammy the manager is great. She is very knowledgeable and legit knows where everything is in the store. She saves me so much time and headache.

Soooo, I did a core return @ the victory dr. Location and couldn't figure out which card the autozone employee sent my money to. Long story short, the Manager Ms. Tammy talked me through my situation keeping me calm, researched my purchase throughly and with her help I was able to figure out which one of my cards was used.
THANKS TAMMY FOR GOING WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Andrew S. Helped me with a quick repair on my car for no fee- he did not try and charge extra for the help and was very quick with the repair! Would recommend to anybody, great service and workers.

Woman literally groaned and roller her eyes when I politely asked for a thermostat from behind the counter. Wont be going there again. Crazy attitude for literally no reason the whole check out experience
Editing the review 2 months later: I pop in for an emergency and am met with another lady giving mad attitude, being completely and deliberately unhelpful, and loudly complaining about customers coming in 15 minutes before they close. She lied about not being able to look to see if a battery cable would fit my vehicle on the computer, and refused to elaborate. All with an insufferable smug look on her face.

On a day where life handed me lemons, Tammy at AutoZone truly helped me make lemonade when my car battery died. They had my exact battery in stock, were very helpful on the phone, and ready to help when I walked in the door. I was just far enough away from home that It would taken all day to go home and get the appropriate wrenches to change my battery. Tammy took care of me and lended me hers while I went and changed my car battery. Her kindness will not be forgotten, and I can’t recommend this AutoZone location enough!

Used to be a great place where you can ask for help, but not anymore. Everyone has an attitude now and customer service has gone downhill. There needs to be improvement. Everytime I go now is a bad experience
OK thanks for the answer but what are you doing to fix the problem all what I see is the answer but still the same bad customer service .
