Carliese store manager was so awesome in helping me. She tested and replaced my battery and was very friendly doing so. I had a bad experience at another auto store so was very grateful for the amazing experience with Carliese.

I just want to give a big shout out to Ms. Carliese at auto zone. This is my 2nd time going into this building.
The very first time, Ms Carliese help me get my steering wheel cover on, the 2nd time she gave me good feedback about some catalytic converter cleaner that I needed for my car.
Ms. Carliese go over and beyond for her customers, and I truly appreciate her for that.
