“I really recommend Synovus highly. I was served by a relationship banker named DeVon Pridgen and this guy is great. He is very well mannered and knew exactly how to answer any questions I had. He helped me open an account when other banks ignored me and explained how to get credit if I had no credit history. He is a very good banker.Whenever I have a question, he is there to answer it. He also helped me open an account with the Synovus app, since I'm really bad at technology.Synovus is a very good bank where they take great care of you.”

“Stopped in the Colony Bank Branch on Bradley Park Drive in Columbus, GA yesterday with an online account issue and was warmly greeted with an amazing staff that was all in to help me resolve my problem. The entire staff, to include the branch manager, could not have been more professional and technically proficient in assisting me. My long time relationships with the big banks no longer exist. Colony's staff was so friendly and accommodating I guess I'll have to drive from Newnan to Columbus for my banking needs. Special shout out to Stephanie Wade who could not do enough-she was terrific!! Thanks for taking such good care of an old man Colony. When will Colony be moving to Newnan? There is a serious need for your kind of service here.”

“I want to say I have never had the customer service that I have had with this credit union. By far they are number one in customer care. First michelle at the Lakeside location was awesome in answering all questions and even helping us open a money market savings. And Cindy on the teller side is awesome. This is the second time I have had Cindy as my teller and she went way beyond her role as a teller. Michelle also went above and beyond her role as a member advisor.”

“The interactions I've had with the people here and another branch has been top notch every time. My only point of contention is the hours. I left my hometown before I received my card and the bank visits are my only link to getting more funds when I need while Im in school here until I go back home. This location is open till 5 pm. I'm in school from 6am to almost 6 pm. So I'm in a spot. Other than that, I like this bank”
