“I want to say I have never had the customer service that I have had with this credit union. By far they are number one in customer care. First michelle at the Lakeside location was awesome in answering all questions and even helping us open a money market savings. And Cindy on the teller side is awesome. This is the second time I have had Cindy as my teller and she went way beyond her role as a teller. Michelle also went above and beyond her role as a member advisor.”

“Ok I normally don’t do reviews but I had too … so i don’t bank with Synovus but my job does so every morning I go do bank runs & today I had a VERY humbling experience I was in line at the window when my car suddenly cut off the lady at the window I didn’t catch her name instantly Jumped into action and got two men to come out of their office and push me out of the way . One of the men which was Kevin the other man I didn’t catch his name . I was so overwhelmed and anxiety was super high I really appreciate what the staff did for me I was able to get out of line & out the way so I could call a tow truck !! There is faith in humanity!! Above and beyond is a understatement!! Thanks again”
