I have nothing but good things to say about the gentlemen that work at the Battery Source in Columbus, GA. It started with a call to the store about my Evolution Golf Cart and the gentleman that answered my call was very professional, knowledgeable and welcomed me in, ensuring they would find out what was causing the issue. I got there and they discovered I needed new batteries. The service took all of one hour and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Overall, Bobby has far surpassed any expectation of customer service I ever had! He is a hard worker, and he doesn't give up, he makes it his mission to figure it out! He is dedicated to providing excellent service and doing the best job he can! I highly recommend going to this Battery Source!

I will never buy another battery from them, the first time I had a battery leak acid everywhere I just figured it was fluke.
This being the second time, I will not let there be a third time. Custom service is great, the quality of the batteries are just garbage. Swollen and acid dissolved my paint job, wish I would have taken a picture of the crust but I was so angry I just wanted to clean it off as fast as I could.
The motorcycle battery didn't leak but died 3 months after purchasing, took it up there and they gave me another that lasted 2 years before purchasing another brand that has lasted 4 now.

10/10/23 Battery Source is the place to go for quick dependable service. My two year old Die Hard died. A nice man at Winn Dixie recommended Battery Source. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Try them please. I know you'll be pleased to.
