I bought a moto phone last week. I noticed the screen was broken Tuesday night. I call and made an appointment, and talked to your representative. I explained that I had recently bought the phone , I also bought the membership plan so if I needed to get any of my computer stuff fixed I could, that is how I understood it. appointment for Wednesday. When I brought the phone back to the store in Columbus,Ga. I was told that they only worked on iPhones, and that there would be a charge to repair it. Why did I buy the membership plan ??. I am unhappy. I wish that I had not bought the membership. Connie Hall

Ordered the XBOX Series X online and my order was unexpectedly cancelled. I did not realize until I got to the store because they emailed me when they should have texted me since they had my number. Employee was nice at first but I was having some difficulty with my payment method and it was taking a while for my brother to text me the PIN number to his card. She kept telling me to bypass the PIN number but that didn’t work, which isn’t her fault, but it caused the card to lock. While I was waiting on a solution she walked away and never came back, leaving me mid-transaction. Other employees were helping customers around me and ignoring me until I spoke up saying that I still needed help. By then I realized the card was locked, so I left and bought the Xbox from GameStop instead with far less hassle and for much cheaper

Asked if they could get just one more register open. Their answer, not enough people. Reality, there were at least five other people that could have helped but were “busy”.So…Instead of solving the problem, choose to just not.Amazing place America is becoming.

Worst customer service in Columbus Georgia. Three employees on the entire floor at 6:00 p.m. 4 days before Christmas the 21st of December. Two of the employees both girls were working with one customer and the other employee went back in the back and said he will put you in the queue if you got a couple hours to wait. I was going to buy a $5,000 TV 8K and some cables. I asked him about the cables first he pointed to the back and when nobody would wait on me I left and purchased $15,000 worth of electronics at a more reliable store that would wait on me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this store because the manager obviously doesn't know how to run a store and the supervisor should be fired for hiring that manager

went there to buy gaming equipment for my son and could not get any help. When I did manage to corner an employee they told me they would put in que after already waiting 30 minutes to buy a $250.00 gaming headset. I put the other $200.00 worth of things I had already picked up back and left. Amazon was more then happy to take my money. Thank you Best Buy all my items will be here on the 20th
