Worst place ever. Mr Darrell is the rudest man. I had an accident (not my fault) he works only for the insurance n seems him n John from progressive r in together. He insisted I pick my truck up when it wasn't ready missing part to my truck because they didn't wanna expedite the shipping taking more then 2 weeks to come in that I have to bring my truck back (which I will never do) the wreck caused my transmission to go out they drove it back n forth in the shop knowing it wasn't working properly now I have to have it rebuilt of course no one wants to take blame this is going on 8 weeks still have no truck. I WOULD SUGGEST NEVER USING THIS PLACE ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. I ALSO NOTICED HE DOESN'T COMMENT ON THE BAD REVIEWS ONLY THE GOOD ONES SO I DONT EXPECT HIM TO COMMENT ON THIS EITHER N I REALLY DONT CARE. I TRUSTED THAT PROGRESSIVE WOULD MAKE ME WHOLE WHICH CANT BE DONE TODAY IVE LOST TIME MONEY A RIDE STILL HAVE BODY DAMAGE THAT DARRELL SAYS WAS ALREADY THERE, IT WASN'T. BUT KARMA ALWAYS GETS IT IN THE END N I HOPE THIS PLACE GETS WHAT THEY DESERVE .. IF YOUR READING THIS PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME ??Service: Body & Trim

Mr. Daryll and his company in my opinion is the best in Columbus, hands down. They have done work on our state vehicles in the past and also personal vehicles. They're straight forward and honest. Great people over there.Josh Hill. Just got my car back today and man, I honestly thought that they repainted the entire car. It was shining like new money. Took it Monday and got it back in 2 days, was supposed to be 4. Mr. Daryll, you are the man in Columbus, and that's a faccct!! Really appreciate you sir!!Josh Hill

I will try to say as respectfully as possible. Today was the 4th time I that I have came to pick up my car. Each time I went up there to pick up my car, there was something not completely finished with it or newly scratched. This included my taillights, gaslight and window not working. My car is still relatively new and I shouldn't recieve it back with more scratches.Update: This shop is denying any responsibility of the current problems, and will not fix the issues they created.This shop has no quality control in place and it really shows in there work.Service: Body & Trim
