Body Evolution is a family gym that provides great coaching and education for all members, from elite athletes to those wanting to be a better version of themselves. It is a nice old school style gym, a vintage "hot box" with hard to find equipment, great for powerlifting, general weightlifting, and travellers. The gym offers 24/7 access, is ample in size, and filled with everything you could ever want, including great machines and free weights, with equipment that is always being updated. Memberships are reasonably priced with different options, including a day rate for non-members. The staff are very friendly, nice, knowledgeable, and provide incredible customer service with a sense of urgency. The culture is a huge sell—everyone is kind, positive, supportive, and helpful. You will never feel intimidated or belittled. It is a place where you go to get and stay in shape, meet nice people, and accomplish things you never thought you would.
Austin, Anthony, and Jacob are awesome!! Was in town for the weekend and this gym made my top 3 of all time. Very satisfied!! Grungey just how I like it

This gym is truly one of a kind! The staff is kind and knowledgable about products they sell and offer. The machines they have are fantastic and to top it all off they have a sauna and gainz room for you take 360 pictures in order to see your progress.
