“Upon walking into the door and speaking with the first gentleman (blue eyes) go Dogs. My apologies for forgetting your name sir, he greeted me, made me feel welcomed, asked me how he can assist me, I told him my issues and he led the way. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He didn't pressure me to get my business, but assured me that it would be done correctly. I trusted his word, he introduced me to Shania, she is the receptionist another sweetheart (HBD). She printed my documents, read what I needed and I went about my business. They had the car longer than my insurance said they should, however, it's a Kia I'm sure software had to be updated. When the car was completed, Mr Louis called me, my mother and I went to the office to pick up the car. He is also a sweetheart, he kept my mom laughing. My only hiccup were my key fobs because I had extra keys. Louis said my key fob key didn't work for some reason and the locksmith made those, but not to worry he would have that fixed the next day. Louis is a man of his word. We took the car back the next day and the locksmith fixed my key fob keys. I don't know why I stopped at this location that day, but I thank God that I did. “I have never used this place before so after I have repairs done to my vehicle due to a wreck I will be updating my opinion of this place. but I can say that they were super awesome, I asked for an estimate and he immediately told me just bring it to me and I got u, & I couldn’t get anywhere else to do it for me. Once he looked at my car, it took him ab 1 & a 1/2 days to get back with me with a complete and thorough estimate. I can’t wait to see the results of my baby being fixed!”

“We used to come here when les owned it and we still come here with Chris. He worked with Les for years and is great. We have five cars that we only trust with this shop. Big and small fixes, and strange unknown problems Chris can figure them out. Most of our cars have 200 to 300 thousand but we have newer ones as well. We look for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy for our cars. But note…. This is a small local shop, leave your car and pick it up when ready. Depending on the issue it may take time. I don’t often have emergency situations but when I have they have worked with me to get my car faster. I have had family with very complicated issues and it takes time to troubleshoot. Be patient given the circumstance and I think you will think this shop is all thumbs up.”

On one job they fabricated a fix for me, to save me hundreds of dollars on a factory-only part. Very much appreciated.”
“My morning did not begin well. Had the vehicle towed to Burkett’s. They got right on it and diagnosed the problem. They did a phenomenal job, which would’ve taken me much longer.
Their rates are reasonable and affordable! I highly recommend this auto shop and will keep them in mind for future misfortunes.

“Hands down the only shop you should consider in Columbus Georgia regardless of what accident or issue you have. Having an accident occur while out of state on a roadtrip I requested my car be towed back to Joe Hudson’s only because of how they dealt with my Lexus the first time. They go above and beyond each time and will do what ever it takes to get your vehicle fixed the proper way and show an obvious amount of pride in the repairs they conduct. 2nd time customer by choice! Strongly recommend!”
