Bojangles has some fantastic chicken. I always get the Cajun chicken biscuit. My wife gets a two piece. We usually drive thru. The window staff was very friendly.

I didn't receive what I ordered and the chicken appeared to have been reheated and was not fresh and tough.

I didn't receive the amount of chicken I paid for. The pieces were pitiful. I received a spoiled mashed potatoes. Didn't have enough of the sides that I wanted. Arrived about 45 minutes before closing.You would expect better when you spend $50. The time before this had to wait 30 minutes and drive-thru for food. Wasn't told about the wait until after paid for.

Sunday oct 22 2023 at 6:45am came in their sign on door said open c’mon in. People were standing around talking and saw me at the door looked and shrugged their shoulders and went back to talking. Never received any service.

It’s not the same as it was pre-COVID. The staff doesn’t have the friendliness it used to. The food is the same but the smiles and energy is gone.

I love their meals except for the breakfast hashbrowns. Way too big and greasy. My favorite is the spicy tenders. The people at this location move slow.
