The Chinese lady was very Disrespectful and tried to rush me to purchase a phone. I've been a customer with Boost for more than 10 years and never have I been treated the way she treated me.Another thing is I was visiting family in Fort Mitchell Alabama and there was no Phone Towers or service. I had no phone service for 3weeks until I drove to Phenix City Alabama or Columbus Georgia.Is is really unexceptionable for the money I pay each month.
