Disgusted with Service!!! My wife stopped in today to get me a couple pair of boots that I asked for as a Christmas gift. She went in and was not greeted nor acknowledged after standing in the store for about 20 minutes. Soon as a few other customers came in they were greeted and helped right away... which gave my wife a sour taste in her mouth. I'm sorry I asked her to go in and check this store out for me. Not to say the workers are prejudice or judgmental. but they just lost a big sale. and Customer for life. Yes, my wife is Black and I'm White/Asian. but our money wasn't Green enough for common curtesy and service. Please Avoid this place and Go to KIMS Boots. much nicer service.

I came in for a simple request for my stetson to be cleaned and shaped. Some coy and unhelpful older staff person informed me the do not touch "military" hats. I informed her a it's not official head gear and a routine shape and clean will suffice. She reiterated we do not touch military hats.I recommend avoiding this exact if you are military.

All that leather smells pretty good. I was there for hat shaping. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. I came out with a better shape hat. Shape is holding well. Plenty selection of workboots and traditional slip on leather boots.

Online ordering is hot garbage. They will take your money and not even have the product you need, then email you "hey we cancelled your order". I guess their instore inventory is non existent.

Me and my family went in there 12/29/23 and while the store looked amazing the customer service was horrible. I was looking at some boots and had an employee walk past me 5 times and never once asked if I needed any help. When I found the boots I wanted I asked if they had any others due to one being a completely different color. All I was told was no and she never went to check. I ended up ordering the same boots from another store and was a little cheaper. If you’re going to run a business you to have great customer service to assist the customers. I would not recommend. This was the Columbus ga store.

Absolute awful customer service. Came into town to do some Christmas shopping and find my partner a new hat. We were next to an employee in the hat section the entire time I was curious and asking questions “literally googling things online” in front of her and she never once asked to help .I did my own research for about 10 minutes while every single employee stood around staring at the clearly very alternative girl in the store. Me.I finally asked what I believe was the manager, if there were any more hats she could show me or help me with . She said ,”yeah women hats” and walked away. They clearly did not want our business. Shame. Never going back.
