This place is all quality- I ended up in a situation where I’m new to the area and my stylist canceled on me last min. I had a business trip scheduled and was stressed with no Plan B. They were able to get me in right away and didn’t make me feel rushed or like they worked me in. They have a team approach so I felt super VIP! They offered updated knowledge and products. I will definitely be going back. I found my new “hair home” Thank You to the all the staff and fantastic owners for bailing me out when I was left stranded but also for your top rated customer service and professionalism.

Best haircut I've had in the longest time! Laura understands curly hair, knows the best techniques in cutting, and has a great aesthetic sense of what looks good according to individual features. I don't usually like hair products that are suggested, but in this case what she used was like a miracle on my hair. Instant good hair day!

Excellent customer service. I was help right away. Mind you this was the only salon I was able to do last minute booking. The owner did my hair but the other stylists help. The whole time I was being informed of my hair and what treatments would help. It’s not just an upscale that stuff actually works. I have curly, kinky hair. They knew more about my hair texture than I did. I got a wash, deep conditioning mask and a structured cut. I absolutely loved it. My hair has been so healthy ever since.so sorry I reviewed so late. If you are any race I’m sure they can handle your hair. They took the most care of mine. Thank you lady’s so so much! I highly recommend this salon. You will not regret it.

I called and got a last minute appointment with Tori and she was fantastic! I explained what I was looking for and she gave my realistic options for achieving my desired look. She took her time and ensured I was satisfied! Tori and Katie took great care of me by offering water refills through my experience. I left feeling genuinely cared for and loving my new look. I went today as a first time customer, I am in love!I got the stylist, Tori and she's amazing!! I have textured hair and a lot of stylists claim they can work with it, but they really cant. Tori knew what she was doing, did it well and I 100% will be solely her customer now! I had a three hour appointment with a baylaige and cut. She took her time and made sure it was all correct instead of rushing it. She was very knowledgeable about my hair and even the process of how I do my hair. My look is unfinished due to time (my fault not hers, husband had to go to work) but even now I absolutely love it! I'll come back in two weeks to post photos, (dates only so far out due to my own schedule) but for my curly girls, I 100% trust her with my curls.Services: Curly hair

My daughter works here, but I came in as a customer, not as her mom. First, she informed them she was going to do this, and soon as she turned around, the owners informed each other and they made a face (they didn't know I was paying for the services) still was unprofessional, yes understand she was assisting, still you don't do this in front of customers, as she started on me again, she was asked to do something else. When there were others that could help. My hair was washed at 11:52am I sat there with hair wet for almost an hour because my stylist was pulled again to do something else, when finally she came back to me to dry my hair, she was pulled to do something else so My hair wasn't done correctly, freeze everywhere and damp. Yes, I paid for my services since I came as a customer!!!

Would leave zero stars if I could. The lady cutting my hair didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. It was my haircut but she kept tending to other people instead of getting mine done. Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had getting my hair cut.

I came in, got a perm last week. The perm ended up falling due to my hair being a little heavier and denser. They got back in touch with me and came up with a solution to fix my hair. Very sweet and understanding my problem and fixed it as soon as they could. Great group of people.Service: Perms
